If one was to use 10 full grown plants cuttings , how much bubble hash could be made with bubble bags? The plants are 15-20% thc

Depends on the frostiness of the trim and if you're counting fan leaves or not. Could be anything.

ok then what if i said a 6ft full plant with average frostiness? is that any help? Ive never grown before so I don't know much... I am just interested in making some bubble hash when i do grow.

take it from me man... i just finished my first harvest a few weeks ago and ive done a couple of bubble bag runs with it too...there is no real answer to the question you are asking

it depends on way too many factors

plant size, bud density, strain, grow method, trichome production, trichome size, bubble hash technique, mixing technique

as a general rule you get about 5%-15%... put in 100 grams of material leaves you with 5-15 grams of hash... again this depends on way too many factors... you can have lower quality hash with bigger yields if you mix longer... etc etc etc

as someone who just finished their first grow... my suggestion is to not be concerned with yield at all... just keep your plants happy and they will return the favor

and if you were worried if bubble bags are worth the money? worth every penny

here are pics of my harvest and the last bubble run i did (this was from the popcorn buds and trim from the last plant harvested) (you can see the baggie of trim and popcorn buds that i used for this run in the pic with the red lighter)

im still learning with the bubble bags... my first attempt wasnt awful... but i knew i could improve alot.... i mean i got some smokeable hash out of it... but i could of improved yields and quality alot... practice makes perfect tho... the last batch (pictured below) i just did yesterday so i havent been able to smoke it yet... but i can tell just by looking at it that i did a better job this time around... did 3 runs... pictured is what i got out of the first 2 runs... the hash ball on the left in each pic is from the first run... on the right is from a 2nd run on the same material...

Thanks for the pics and info. Do you have to use the buds to make the hash? I was under the impression that you keep the bud and use the leftover for bubble hash... is this correct? Also, I heard if you keep pinching part of the leaves on the plant the plant goes into defence mode and starts to become covered in trichomes but lessens the trichomes on the bud. If this is true, would it work on male plants since it has no buds , nothing to worry about right?

never heard of that with trichomes... dont even bother with the males tho... kill em when you see them unless you plan on collecting pollen... you can make cannabutter with males... and i made some ISO hash with the male i had... shitty yield but a better smoke then i expected...but other then that i wouldnt keep a male around my ladies.. why risk seedingpollenating perfectly good bud for a male that is going to give you basically zero return?

you can use what you want in the bubble bags... buds, trim, etc... i used trim and all the popcorn size buds that were too small to make it worthwhile to manicure them (what a pain) all from 1 plant... anything with trichomes on it can go in the bag... wouldnt put stems in because they could tear the filter when mixing

maybe u thought i used all the buds from that picture... but i only used the material that was in the ziploc bag... all the bud are strictly for

I gathered some kiff other day to make some hash(2nd attempt)
All the others will laugh when they hear how i collect my kiff*grins*
I am nearly to embarrassed to type it in
But i will!!!!


I just keep my leaves(dried)
Then i just use a normal house hold sieve(SP?)
Oh course my sieve Is not very fine(regarding the mesh)So lots of leaf goes thru the holes....
Everything falls thru onto a plate(china)Underneath)
Now when i look at the plant,I see all the TRichs on the plate(aswell as a load of leaf matter....
Then i get another plate(China)A clean one then tip the Contents of the first plant onto the 2nd plate
Low and behold,All the leaf matter falls off,and the Trichs stick to the first plate....Then i wipe them onto a diff plate(My kiff pile)Then get back to work sieving the other leaves


Mmm i used to plants worth of leaves(was about the same amount as the guy has in a bag in one of the pics above

I ended up with 4.5 grams of pressed hash lovely jubbly hash*smileS*(lol the way i make my hash is nearly as bad as how i get my kiff)Thats another story*Grins*
