HFH @ 56N

Hey folks!

I grew out some more HFH gear this year (56N). They got off to a pretty bad start on a cold balcony during preveg. This slowed down growth a bit I quess, but they finished nicely imho. Super genetics all the way!

This year I ran with some Brown Super 7, Danish Gold, Teheran Bubblegum, Erdpurt and Cheese/Dp x Arne (F2). I grew these in 90L containers that were dug down half way. 3 Plant from start in each.

First I would like to show you the wild card of 2013 for me. I thought this was gonna be later that it was. Finished 27th of september with zero mold. It had a very bubblegumish smell to it during last weeks of flowering. The TB was more sensitive against overfeeding then the DG (they shared space). At first i thought that i accidently planted 2 seeds in the same cup since there was 2 stems coming up from the soil. But after harvest i saw that the plant topped itself under ground?! Really weird, but I´m nothing but thankful since it gave more bud in the end Crossed this one to a big Purple Erdpurt male.

It´s still in jars curing, and the smell is just getting stronger and more and more like bubblegum. The smoke is sweet and somewhat 50/50, but more subtile on the Indica side. Gonna let this one sit in the jar for another month or so.

I had two phenos of the Brown Super 7. One that got topped and yielded very good. Finished same day as the TB (27th sept). Very litte mold. Subtle sweet smell and taste. Mostly indica in effect with little to no burnout. Crossed this one to a PJG male ((Nepal x RD/Erdp) x (GG3x c99) ). Got these seeds from a friend. Thanks PJ! The other pheno autod on me and finished last week of August. No mold. Strong smell of some sweet sweet fruit. More potent than the other pheno and more 50/50-ish. Personal favourite this year! Made F2´s with this one. All plants (male/female) that came from the BS07-bag was great! Esbe really kicked some serious ass on that one

I had one DG female which turned out purple. Have anyone seen this before? Good viguor and a citrus smell to it during flowering. Finished 10th october with little mold in shady spots. This one got the same purple Erdpurt pollen as the TB.

All in all I´m more than satisfied with the quality of the seeds and will proably get all HFH beans that will suit my needs. Next year I will run some of my own crosses and the other HFH that I couldnt fit this year. Deep Passion, HP2 and maybe some Mors Iran. Would love to try Wild Super 7 if they get available.

Thanks for watching, and THANK YOU ESBE for making it possible for us northerners to grow good weed!

Hey esbe! Thanks for dropping by! yea I kinda figured that the purple DG wasnt that common. I dont have any options to keep clones, otherwise this would have been a keeper for me!
It grew very chunky purple buds with night time Indica.
Smell is very sweet and a bit sour imho. Reminds me of some kind of candy. The taste is also somewhat sweet. Hard to explain but it's smokes very well! Gotta confess though that this one ran a couple of days too long due to hunters in the area. But in the end it's still a superb smoke.

It wasn't planned to use the Erdpurt male as a dad. Just wanted to make some more beans to play with and the Erdpurt was the biggest male I had this year. Gonna be fun to see what comes out of it

Btw could you tell me the difference between the WILD 1,2 and 3? Is it generations of the same line or are they crossed with something?

Thanks!

Hello, someone can help with this? I started with regular seeds 12/12 from seed. This will be male or female?
