People are getting that stuff sent to Ontario/Quebec provinces and then smuggling it thru Snye to the American side. Paying $25 a gram and turning around and selling it for $50-$60 a gram over here in the states.

Lets say 40% of Canadians smoke weed right now, and this will increase when legalized. Ottawa has 1 million people give or take. Thats 400,000 weed smokers. Lets say half smoke a gram per day, thats 200,000 grams per day, thats 6 MILLION grams a month just for them. There will be 2 OCS here. They will not be selling millions of grams a month each.
Also as mentioned earlier, if you have been gong to your buddy for 7 years and he has 5-10 strains on average all the time, and always AAAA cause its cheap and stupid not to, and sells you a zips for 150, why would you go pay $10 a g at the OCS. Until there is a free market like in Colorado where theres a store on every corner selling quarters for $25, hundreds of strains you can see and smell, and sales to compete the black market will live on. Guys with 100's of units sitting around are running gavita warehouses and pumping out mediocre shit. On a massive scale like this quality goes down, its not the same as a 10 light basement. The same pink/purple kush, green crack, ect ect that no one wants. If its not new, fresh, and AAAA then your stuck with it. Real AAAA still gets $1500-$1800 for people that want real quality. |

^^ Agree 100%
I've been told 1200-1500, but I don't want to get my hopes up. I'm hoping for 1k but I'm outdoor so I might only get 8. With outdoor, there are so many variables (strain, grow, weather, ...) I do know that if I go into October, RH goes up to 100% for 16 hrs a day. But I'll try a few Sativa seeds I found for myself anyway. I they're airy enough, I might have a chance.

Your guesstimations are wildly off. Here's a few with a measure of accuracy. 1 in 10 dealers has more than 1 type of weed. None of them pay 1800 and sell it for 150. The mass majority of beer sold is four brands of flavourless lager. The next unit of measurement above a gram is a kilogram. Sorry. Slipped a fact in the end there. |

Retail Street (Oz)
High Quality-------->$217.68--->Sample Size 4505 Medium Quality---->$203.04--->Sample Size 6199 https://www.priceofweed.com/prices/Canada/Ontario.html I've never paid more than $120. Ever. But I've had the same dealer since I was 18 (I'm 60).

Salutations TychoMonolyth,
Wait for some hypothetical analysis of the 13 CDSA modifications performed under MiniHarper (so far!) then please come back to us with a comparison relative to the "Cannabis Act" - which i got to wonder what's that for except more deceiving manipulations intending to stretch such entertaining mirage until next elections: [ laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/C-38.8/PITIndex.html ]As they grow older average humans living on the land of cap'tain Itnoc typically come to struggle, often in many ways at once (e.g. economically, medically, professionally, personally, etc.), which is most convenient for self-serving politicians full of promises, including to send a new messiah in Ottawa... Justin SuperPÉteux Trudeau tricked a Canuck population which voted Conservative before, his true achievement being to create some bizarre illusion that he's on the "stoner$"/"droÿé$" side as well! Despite all evidence... For those who seen a few others pass like him that's beyond ordinary "Déjà vu". Sunny boy managed to deal with the political heritage of his party while playing so dumb Donald Trump won't feel alone anymore. Justin's Liberal "légaleezation" platform is a decoy meant to lure attention elsewhere until it's much too late for popular opinion to cause a correction of his de-facto tragectory. The primary plan is to transform human flesh into paper/plastic money, always with bigot anti-cannabic prohibitionist VILIFICATION as the key leading principle governing more socio-toxic 3rd-party interventions than ever, attacking the most fundamental values & rights constitutionally established by the 1867 Confederation Act - the one founding document in this miserable country to which even Québec participated (unlike PET's failed attempt of 1982). As conceived it clearly refers to inter-provincial trading with no internal borders (see "Section 121") while a senatorial 2015 study concluded this would result in a 50 ~ 130 billion dollars increase of the GDP anually if at least it were real!... Ref.: [ scc-csc.lexum.com/scc-csc/scc-csc/en/item/8125/index.do ]But don't touch the milk! Maybe now would be a most appropriate time to use their ideologic weapons against themselves, with the senate work still unfinished. Good day, have fun!!
