Dont kill your plants with a low or high ph, anything within range or neutral should be fine for a couple of days

Yea it is important , but only to a degree, if you keep the pH correct the plants internal ph will also be correct , so the plant will be able to eat all the nutrients stored within itself much more efficiently , whereas if you say flush with ph 7 , that can create a nutrient lockout/unavailability , so the plant may go yellow but not because the plant has actually been using/eating all the stored nutrients within itself . Thats the theory at least , whether you will notice it by eye or in the smoke is another story ;D

you are flushing so that the plant doesnt try to uptake anymore nutes from the medium?
It should be somewhere around 6 after I mix a little bit of bloom, but I dont care. My coco will buffer it quite well

Flushing in coco should be done without pH adjustment to the water

Anything else is adding some form of nutrient

I've noticed a higher pH flush will bring out purples, probably because the plant is able to use P & K better than N?

If it works for you then that's you sorted ....... I've only been growing indoors for 28 yrs and was just passing on what I've learned by listening to people like Jorge Cervantes, SoQuick, Heath Robinson, the chemist from Plant Magic Nutrients, etc when I met them

I find learning to be so much more productive than arguing

Just MHO ...... evidently worth fuck all
