hallo'' - Shes a beauty alright, flowering time is 56 days in seed form and 56 days as a clone, she only turns pink indoors as a clone so far, the seed plant bud pic above went pink at week 7 when I put it outdoors in a glass house to finish off, she still needs some in line breeding before releasing on the market, hardly any variation which is good for this one, easy to work on, - nice knock out high that's clear/up, nodding type of heavy head laying on ya chin sorta thing' perfume flavours, lucky the bad vile pepper aroma's kept out of the finished flavoured product, thanks for the intrest mate. - b Ive been very lucky with this particular old super/sknk line and have a sister plant with a fine looking indica/dom phenotype that pops up with every 12-15 seeds sprouted thus far as a f/2, now being tested out as f/3, well soon I expect, it was great med's for chest pain, id feel it sink just below my heart and stay there for about a hour, the high is not as good as this in clone form though' - il leave two pic's behind of it - Skunk shot - U plant) old s/skunk hybrid.

So if I wanted the afghani #1 used to make afgooey then sensi seeds current version of af #1 might not be the right choice?
Anyone have any thoughts on how I would get the correct afghani #1 of old(in seed form)?

Jordan of the Islands is an established breeder from British Columbia and has for years produced a pure Afghani based on old school Sensi Seeds Afghani #1 genetics. I bought a pack a few years ago from the Vancouver Seed Bank. I'm growing it out now, and it has classic Indica pheno traits. Vigorous, healthy, uniform, with very frosty bud leaves 4 weeks into flower.
I won't know about the smoke for another 5 weeks, but I've chucked some pollen to continue the line. One flower was pollinated with the best of the Afghan males in that packet for a straight Afghani. Another flower was pollinated with Dr. Atomic's Atomic Northern Lights for an Afghani x Northern Lights F1. Some people are into clones; I really enjoy producing seeds. But my point is that if you are looking for old school Sensi Seeds Afghani #1, you might want to check out the offering from Jordan of the Islands. Their seeds are still available from the Vancouver Seed Bank, which I can recommend as a quality seed vendor based on numerous transactions over the years. |

look into cannacopia - Lapis Mtn Indica.... the best afghan ive ever grown/smoked & my personal holy grail indica
This is a hybrid of two pure Afghan populations. The Pure Afghan seeds were obtained by a private contractor while doing soils research in Afghanistan. The seeds were collected directly from a hashish farmer, and smuggled back for us to look through. We found the plants to be relatively stable, but we wanted a slightly earlier selection so we crossed the best females with our select Deep Chunk pollen, to add some genetic diversity and western improved characteristics, all the while keeping the line true to its afghan heritage. The flavour from these plants is unmistakably classic Afghan, with a slightly increased yield over the Pure Afghan inbred line. Our selected mothers produced some of the nicest black hashish we've ever made, reminiscent of the finest Afghani black hash of the early 70's. When asked about the specific region, all our friend could tell us that the seeds came from a small village close to what his company deemed the largest untapped Lapis deposit in the country, thus the name Lapis Mountain Indica. Yield is average (300-400 g/ sq m). Harvest outdoors mid-October https://www.seedboutique.com/catalog...69fa9d6867bf8d |
