Why wont anyone from Seedbay reply to my emails?

I have sent multiple emails to support@seedbay.com from my hushmail email and have gotten no reply. I sent $40 cash for an auction of CHS Ultimix and I dont see they have received it yet. Its been 11 days from the US, so I'm not sure if it's lost/stolen or I should wait longer. But what does really perturbs me is, I have sent 2 emails 3 days ago and have heard nothing back. Is this normal for seedbay support?

I'm thinking I just threw away $40...

If/when they do answer, the typical response is to wait 30 days from when you mailed it before contacting SBay again. Then if they've had local issues ie. strikes, holidays, bad storms, they'll often ask you to wait 2 more weeks. At least that's how its gone down for me.

Don't go pressing the panic button just yet... I believe they are working hard at the moment with several specials going over there...and it is the holidays coming up. Always a crazy time for the post we hear.

If you got your post count up to 50 you could send Clarence a PM and ask him directly... but you've been here since '06 and you know that - right?

That is not that long. I believe it takes that long....and then you wait like 10 days to get your beans. He should be with you shortly...when I emailed him...he took a few days to respond...they must get hundreds of emails per day...maybe more.

I would hold on tight.

THEY SOMETIMES HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE POST OVER THERE ALSO...THE SBOO AND SBAY ARE 100% PERFECT WITH MY ORDERS...THERE HAVE BEEN MANY TOO.....I HAVE HAD EM TAKE 6 DAYS AFTER MARKED PAID, UP TO 5 WEEKS FO DELIVERY.....NEVER HAVE I EVER LOST MY $$$..HOPE THIS HELPS ...DJ

The Bay's FAQ's say to send only one e-mail.

Multiples are flagged as spam or something like that.

Nah, you didn't throw away $40. It does take quite a while to reach the UK, (like 7-10 days depending on where you mailed the letter from) then process and return. I've never had a problem w/ seedbay....they are all great folks that work hard to get you the quality gear you ordered. It usually takes 2-3 weeks total transaction. It's well worth the wait!!

Be patient, grasshopper....your order will arrive in good shape!!

Keep the faith imo...

Some things that must be considered regarding the efficiency of any business.

- How big is the staff?
- How many orders are they trying to fill?
- How many E-mails do they get each day?
- How much of their product do they have on hand vs. having to order and receive at their source prior to shipment?

All of these things plague every business, and will often times interfere with the timeliness of any given business interaction.


Giver' more time and I'll bet a case of doughnuts you get your product.
