no. Uvb increases THC. If you hit CBD with UVB it will degrade into THC.

Seems the posts claim that BOTH UVa and UVb are beneficial to potency
Has anyone personally tried any kind of comparison in these spectrums? |

uva is benaficial to photosynthasis, but not so much to resin prducion or THC/resin production. The benaficial wavelength for that is 310-315nm. That isthe upper range of the UVB spectrum
