Hello WallyDuck,

Iam wondering if you have ever wanted to release the Panama Red in pure form instead of a f1 with c99? The hybrid look superb but i dont think any other breeder offer panama/columbian red at the moment or ever has done.

it is possible to do , however many will not be able to realise the potential of such a plant due to grow restrictions , poor climate s etc etc

yeah, i know what you mean, obviously. But for amateur breeders alike i see the potential of the pure red. Anyway, just an idea....

indeed , it would be ideal for outdoor growers in the right climates ,, i reckin it would be nice to see an outdoor sativa , club/bank , where folks could get a nice supply of seed for their outdoor grow s ,, a ten pack just doesnt do it does it ??

But wally duck, is offering let say pure panama red seeds can be commercially viable or its just impossible in the current market?

its not necessarily impossible because people are always looking for pure genetics and landraces, as i do because i aspire to have a seedbank in the future

Im very keen to see the landrace genetics become more available too, especially panama red. But i can understand breeders not wanting to give them up...i would'nt.

I'd love some Panama Red and it would perform wonderfully in my subtropical environment....
