Saw a YouTube vid of Scott from RD giving a shout out to Rez in jail, so he got jammed for seeds and plants gives everyone up and still gets locked up? I don't know but I think everyone might have been a bit quick to point the finger at Rez. I know there were others who got busted around the same time that walked? I'm sure it will come out in the end.
