pics of hanging lights?
can someone tell me how to hang lights so it doesnt break the plaster hps and fluoro

either use a stud finder and screw eye hooks rated enough for the weight of the lamp or screw in a piece of 2x4 a bunch of times and screw the eye hooks into that. that will distribute the weight across the board into the different screws lessening the load on a single screw. finding the studs in the wall is the best way though.

Mine hangs from a frame I built for my scrubber.
Ponics. Sorry but the actual light is not visible in any of my pics. You can see where it is though.
