Hi guys, I'm Italian and in February I will be moving to melbourne, I would like to know if you can buy in Australian territory or send away for seeds legally, or if I hope to get lucky and find some grass seed bought in the street?

buying seeds in Oz is the same as most places in the world. it's not legal. you will have to buy them on-line ... probably the same as you do in Italia.

but I 'm sure that soon after you arrive in Oz you will meet backyard growers and ...

in Italy it is legal to buy seeds (you can buy them with the excuse that they are to collection), but it is not legal to plant.
but if I buy them online, it is possible is the police to deliver me my seeds???

plenty of growers get seeds no problems over bere buddy

Just dont get em sent to ur grow address and ya should be fine, saying this sometimes customes can grab em and ya loose ya cash.....not to me yet tho knock on wood,
