Honestly, reiterating my notion wont have you see what i see. Perhaps you have missed it, perhaps its a different view.

"Contentment is natural wealth, luxury is artificial poverty.”

I'm asking you to explain what you meant, not reiterate anything, that would be counter productive, but no matter.
I think I know what you were getting at, but don't see it's relevance in this situation.
How the hell is contentment with natural wealth going to get me to the ICmag cup, you feel me?

all i am gonna say is if you think SA is third world imagine how the USA looks with no healthcare crazy crime figures and unemployment and poverty at an all time high not to mention vast amounts of people locked into a industrial prison complex.

SA is so not like that, it has issues but you cant call it third world.

also i am going to the cup see you all there

The saddest part is that my schengen visa was approved prior to me approaching my boss.
not sure if theyll be able to reimburse me or move the validity slot for a future time period.
was a bit of a hassle getting the visa as well (bank wise) they required me to have a minimum of 1500US$ to spend ontop of a 500US$ for contigency, totalling about 2200US$ inclusive processing

My ticket was on hold from a mail string i had received back in 2000 from a friend in cape town, through a local Amsterdam company called Amsterdam-trips or something the like and the return ticket if i had paid 5 days in advance was going to cost me about 1700US$ from cape town airport, on-top of that is a 4500US$ plane ticket from Namibia to cape town and cape town to Namibia when returning.

So yea, a pretty penny i was in no doubt ready to spend for the experience really.
But more for first hand interactions.

again, to those going. Enjoy!

Give thanks

holy shit thats some expensive travels. didnt realize it's so bad from SA to Amsterdam. how can it cost that much? anyway airbnb.com is a good site for renting accommodation in all price ranges, you can even lodge with people if you really want to save.
