Horn player for Tower of Power lived next door to me

He just moved, but for almost 10 years, I had a really neat neighbor. No different than other neighbors I have had, except for how he earned his living. One heck of a nice guy. Tried to make it work so I could go see them, but I am really housebound, so that never worked out. When he moved, I was blessed with a lot of neat stuff that he had saved over the years. The one image was a little acetate that he saved from when they were on the Jimmy Kimmel show. It had been on the door of the room they waited in. The other was his pass from a show in 2010 at a German venue, Karsten Jahnke Konzerdirektion.

I'm not familiar with Tower Of Power. What kind of music did they play? Jazz, Blues, love to hear a good horn player putting it down.

Yeah TOP was a group i grew up partying to mid 70's, "You ought to be having fun" was one of their big party jams, tight horn section.
