On Monday September 9, 2013, the State of Colorado released its Permanent Rules Related to the Colorado Retail Marijuana Code.

Weighing in at 135 pages, it's a complex regulatory document. While there is no substitute for reading a legal document to get a feel for what the Regulations are -- there is also no substitute for receiving legal advice from a member of the Bar of the State of Colorado.

If you intend to open a business or otherwise be involved with the legal sale of cannabis in the State of Colorado, you should obtain legal advice from your Colorado lawyer.
