At least they are talking about it and the states rights!

They're ecohing what was said and actually have a roadmap (like let the states vote it in and most all should eventually - we need 75% or 38 states). After Dr. Sanjay's turnaround earlier this year and other good news on the Federal level I think the "higher ups" are finally listening.
