With all the stuff going on with Gypsy, if I were to place a seed order on the bou and bay am I looking at delays and or possible losses due to seizure? Anyone out there placed any orders since this all went down?

the bay and the boo are open for bizniz....there are no immediate issues w/ service or shipments.... just the usual postal delays..... Gypsy's current dilemma is of a personal nature and not related to the website or seed side.....

I would say the same thing even if my company had a strong chance of closing down. I would not risk buying anything from the bay/bou right now.......

OB... i respect Ur opinion.... BUT I must also say....
the rumors are false... and the current legal issue is not really a issue when dealing in international laws and such....actually to now the truth... hes not arrested, and not facing charges.... just detained, for questions in a 3rd world NONextraditing country....

So in reality the rumors are blown out of proportion, much like they where when RC got popped w/ overgrow..... same w/ the Marc emory saga....

even when Marc got hard US time.... the Feds never once messed w/ ANY of he's other bizniz..... there all still up and open ....running to this day.... 5yrs....later

thanks for that bit of info Yort, but i just cant believe 'they' somehow arent interested in the website..... given the circumstances the last thing i feel comfortable doing is sending my money and personal info to a company thats essentially been compromised. i really really really do hope this is all blown outa proportion like ur saying, cus if this site goes to bed it will probably be the last of the great ones..

Maybe I'm naive, but it seems that NOW is the time to place orders and show support!

basically no customers are in danger, the sites have not been using CC so there is no trail proving anyone ordered seeds. further more GN is being detained for letting his visa expire, he is not under arrest. his first fight will be to beat the extradition to the US. but even if the US world police get their fingers on him, GN is not a snitch, he doesn't even have the customer data in his hands anymore since he stepped back years ago.

as for the seed sales, they will continue as normal for now, Gypsy has no part in the day to day seed sales. if anything changes you will be told. of course people are nervous now, but in reality this will not effect seed customers or even the vendors.

instead of cowering, we should really do everything we can to help him fight this thing. run for the hills if you must, but don't speculate about shit you don't know. if SB gets closed down OP will inform us. but there seems no reason for it so far as the businesses are running legally where they are set up.

it's times like these when you find out who your friends really are.

Im fully with placing orders, especially if part of the profits will be helping Gypsy. I just wanted to make sure that the bou/bay are not compromised because of scrutiny from the situation Gypsy is in. We know how the U.S. likes to dabble in others affairs, and with all the mumbo jumbo being tossed around the different cannabis sites, who knew what is the truth, and what is lies (unless you were part of the circle).

personally if there was some seeds i needed i would order them and send the money using a safe addy like always. maybe not order more then 2 or 3 strains at once so the loss is not too bad if they get snagged by customs as can happen.
