PenZenMaster Member Join Date: Jul 2013 Location: 3rd Stone from the Sun Posts: 60	Lewis County Washington Collective Garden Regulation Reform Lewis County Washington has what some consider the most restrictive regulations on collective gardens in the state that while not prohibiting them make them economically infeasible. Additionally the moratorium on accepting any applications means that even if you could afford to build what the regulations require you still can't form one. Anyone out there interested in trying to get these regulations changed?
