thanks Will McCoy - I appreciate the kind words. I know Phillthy has been making seeds for a few years now...myself, a bit more a book study and tinkered a bit here and there - but "Stank Bros" represents a much more directed effort on my part at putting some of that knowledge and understanding into beneficial practice...
Stank Bros is about a year old or so now, actually. Still relatively new in the grand scheme of things... ![]() dank.Frank

I'm first in line for Chem D and TK...!!!!
Meek, you unfortunately missed the (Chem D x Sour D) x SSCDH - those were excellent seeds...some really great plants in those. Anyone sitting on those beans should really get to cracking them open. Some seriously potent cannabis right there! The Larry OG S1 x SSCDH has also produced some excellent plants...grown by Phillthy: ChemSour x SSCDH grown by MoneyMike: We know she pairs really well with plant in her likeness - ie Chem variants, OG, etc... When I say this SSCDH male is no joke - that he makes EVERYTHING better...it is not an exaggeration or a statement made to hype anything up - this boy puts in some serious work! I truly can't WAIT to see what he does to Original Glue #4 - those plants are going to be straight monsters!! dank.Frank Last edited by dank.frank; 08-26-2013 at 01:33 PM.. |

Stank bros could sell watermelon seeds and i would be their biggest fan. The fact that they have some of the best genetics in the world..... ridankulous.
In the seed industry, there are very few breeders that i truly believe care more about spreading the plant, then making money. Stank Bros.

I kept seeds out of one of the juiciest, most perfect watermelon I had the other day! rofl
I'm planning on growing a few out in a patch next season...lol...just to see how consistent they might be towards the fruit I had eaten...my mouth is drooling over the thought of it!! I really appreciate the kind words pappy - - and we really do TRY around here to bring to the scene things that are UNIQUE and not just another variant of something someone else has done...I mean, the reality is - MOST OF US - should be able to tell what good plant is or is not - even males to a certain extent. I just don't see the point of repeating a cross that another company has already made (genetically) - why burden the market with more confusing choices?!?! It's shouldn't be a question of whose OG x Chem do I want - because then you are forced to play favorites to a person / breeder / company - and to me, that takes everything away from the proper focus. That focus being - what genetics are going to help me, what genetics are truly going to function as medicine, what genetics are going to benefit me...the plant...not some logo. Over time, certainly BETTER phenos do surface and the NEED to re-work something happens, only to make your own work better...but...that is why we need more REAL breeding being done vs. thousands of one off hybrids to flood the market, make money, and fill a fancy brochure with pictures and names of all these new "strains".... I'd rather have one release a year of 1 hybrid...than to constantly tell everyone the next best thing is around the corner every 3 months. I personally have big plans for the future of Stank Bros - and it involves OUR lines - working within them - and digging for the gold, regardless the time it takes. No need to venture out into no man's land constantly hunting and trading and clawing to beat everyone to the punch of the newest fad... Slow and steady...slow and steady... dank.Frank

What up DF, yeah buddy if i could've I would've snaged some cdsdxsscdh, just didn't give myself a good chance.
I've gone through some cdsd 1st batch & found some stankin stainers! The sscdh i've only exp through a ukchzxsscdh & that was worth it to look further into the sscdh. Still got some f2s of the cdsd & some x'd to chemdd/chemd ix stud. but yeah, I miss my sfvog/chemd & only have x's of her. I want her back & like the idea of her x'd to the sscdh papa seems like a desirable x to me. Props to Phillthy, 40 & GRS for keeping moms around & re-introducing her, hopefully? |
