my East Coast Cookie Wreck #9 is more resinous now, then any other plant ive ever grown!!


this ECCW #9 is blowing my mind in every aspect!!

AND NOW, ITS TURNING BLUE/TURQUOISE!! im all kinds of excited to see how resinous this plant gets. i took a fail safe method to ensure this phenos genes are passed on. i used my ECCW #11 male to hit a little bit of pollen to the ECCW #9 for some personal stash seeds. im anxious about those, since the #9 is the TALLEST pheno i have and #11 is the SHORTEST! the #11 is trainwreck BX2 dominant, so the possibilities are endless!!

ill be sure and get some pics up by tomorrow of the frost factor at least

ok im a little delayed on getting anything updated online at the moment...im in the middle of pulling one of the better set of F1's ive probably ever made..but this is about the cannaventure strain updates. so here it is.

Dr. Gvz Cookie Wreck cut-Flowered 8 weeks 2 days-curing currently.
the smell of this one and the look was some awe inspiring shit. it tastes of lime overtones, a somewhat subtle minty almost menthol like side to the overtones. then you get the next strongest tastes of burnt cedar, sandalwood, and a black peppercorn undertones. very pleasant, but i warn you...DO NOT COUGH! lol, bad mistake and it was intense. the high is elevated mental space out type high. felt more sativa in nature, but with a definitive indica presence.

the East coast Cookie Wreck is seriously stinky shiz too. but it honestly smells exactly like Cookie Wreck, except it smells like you poured a gallon of fresh diesel in the bag. so i would guess if you took a bag of cookie wreck and poured diesel in the bag itd smell exactly like this. im not done flowering her yet, but shes super frosty and super stinky, and super stretchy.

its not just me talking about it either. CV himself was telling me today about how much he was liking the ECCW line. no joke, as soon as i heard about this strain, i was like a fly on shit trying to get ahold of a decent selection.

right now, my favorite pheno is ECCW #9, this is the pheno that CV said looks to be 50% ECSD 25% GSC 25% Arcata Trainwreck BXll. its stupid, insane resinous, stinky, and TALL. but it forms very tight, very dense clusters of flowers. they really start to thicken up 5-6 weeks in flower. REALLY beautiful strain.

CV Blackberry Kush x Cookie Wreck is also pretty darn close in structure, yield, and crystal production...but the blackberry cookie wreck is a much heavier yielder. man, these new CV strains are insane. IF YOU GOT MVTF X CHAMELEON KUSH FREEBEES, POP THEM!!! they hold some seriously strong smoke!!! truly strong shiz!

the stinkier the ECCW, the more ECSD dom it is, at least it was in my situation. the more stinky sour smelling, the stretchier, taller, but smaller yields. the less stinky ones seem to range from medium height to tall. the less ECSD dom it is, seem to yield a lot more as well. MY #9 pheno is turning almost a mix between purple and blue. outta the 30 or so ECCW i popped, im liking the more ECSD dom phenos a lot!

Is this close to their cookie wreck? it's the one with the Trainwreck*H3ADS BXII (per **********) the train wreck used in this strain is listed as Aracata Train Wreck BXII (same source). (Ref: https://en.**********.eu/database/bre...Venture_Seeds/)

I'm sure the east coast is from the diesel in this strain, so with all that being equal, anyone know the difference between the cuts? I know about the varied CBD/THC pheno's is that where all the variation in CBD comes from or is it still the Durban Poison in the Forum Cut cookies?

This is my first pack of Cannaventure seeds I've purchased, was looking forward to the diversity in phenos, according to the description phenos vary from High CBD to High THC, which seems to say that that this may be a good strain to find the CBD levels that work best for my condition (as opposed to daily CBD tinctures, my current regimen along with weed).

Seemed like a great idea, pheno hunting based on the CBD/THC level, any idea how one can tell what the ratio might be from a given strain? Seems that trying to figure out which strain is rich in CBD vs. THC might be tough unless there are tell tale signs of CBD rich strains that I wouldn't normally see in the phenos I am used to getting which have traditionally been high THC.

These were feminized, so I will have to find a pheno or two and use the STS method to try to self the chosen keepers. Just looking for any suggestions based on the OP experience with this and other canaventure strains with similar lineage.

I cant tell about cannabinoids but I liked the Cookie wreck better than the eccw. Smell and taste wise. The eccw has often a bitter, dieselish smell,where the Cookie wreck really had some doughy phenos and also put out many colors. https://www.icmag.com/ic/album.php?albumid=70916

IMO the cw line is overall better in the aspect of you know what your getting... When the sour came in it throws phenos all over the place... There are bomb plants to be found in both lines it all depends on what your looking for... When cw was made it was the first if not one of the first time cookies was made available and ppl wanted cookies n some excellant cookie phenos were there ,,, the cross was exactly as it was intended to be , funny i have never grown out any of these seeds but I was passed many different clones of plants found by different ppl and they all were excellant , the keeper cv got is one of my favorite cookie plants twrecks type buds but doughy cookie stank i cant wait to get her back i think she will crush outside like the wreck .. Only tried 3 Eccw n IMO 2 were terribly examples one was grown over ferted taken early no flush , one was bagged wet looked bomb in pics from a friends garden but he sent me samples wet n they got trashed .. 3rd was like most sour wrecks not my cup to tea ... But The 4 was stank smelled burnt down bakery n piss I didn't care for it either but others love it n my homie grows tons of it. Big yielder super strong sweaty high stank as fuck .... But I agree the cw is a better line to find bomb ass plants with pheno variations limited so u will be able to select the type u want from less seeds now if u got a lot of seed time and space u will find sumthing exceptional in the eccw just takes more work..
