Im currently enjoying the artistic extracts of OCD Labs on a regular basis and finding the pain relief it gives amazing.....here is some oil purging in the vac chamber.

Some pictures of it out of the chamber

Dont be fooled into thinking a vac pump and chamber means clean oil, it takes a lot of practice and research to get it even remotely decent

More purging to be done on this batch still

I am no expert on this subject, more of a keen apprentice or helper. In the last year i have learnt a lot from 20+ runs, with everywhere from 2 gram to 25gram returns with everything from terrible trim to perfectly trimmed buds as starting material.

What would you say is the main influence to make top notch concentrates?
Starting material, technique, equipment, timing, experience, or type of solvent used?

That's why I use 190 proof grape ethanol after the butane. I don't trust it any other way. I'm referring to what you said, "Dont be fooled into thinking a vac pump and chamber means clean oil". It's so easy for butane to become trapped without a carrier solvent.

OCD Labs is an extract company i am working with to develop strains specifically for extracts based on terpene profile and retention post extraction (amongst other key factors).
