I want to give a big shout out to GRS for letting me test these. Pictured below is the same plant. Unfortunately this is the only girl that made it all the way to flower, but she is a beast. Impossible to photo all of her as she is splayed out 5 ft wide into the trellis. Has at least 8 good sized arms on her. Smells deiselicious. These are on day 37 in the photos. They are on the perimeter, so are darker green than i like, but they are crushing none the less. Biggest kolas in the room so far.




Just for kicks below are a few HB x DSD that are on their last round. Quality herb, just not the smells i am after.

EDIT: After reading this thread, I broke into the ECSDdurban head stash that has about a 3 month cure.... Very tasty And a very energetic high & I'm very, very stoned :P . Nice work Ganja D!

Looks awesome! Thanks always for sharing these pics. These can take a while to finish,so those buds are gonna be huge.
Also,I would love to see you grow some of the 5G's,I know you'd enjoy them,and they all have very strong smells. I'll see if Clarence can hook it up if you don't have any.

Appreciate the words Waterbear, and sharing of your experience. She is definitely a looker, and all eyes upon entering the room, end up on her. She is in a prime locale, but her largest kola is a goof 2x as thick as whats surrounding her. Hard to miss. Something else mixed in the smell other than sourness, but cant place it yet. What did yours smell like, and which way did she lean?

GRS that sounds nice, i'd love to give the 5G's a whirl. Let me know if i should do anything as i do not have any at this point. Thanks again for the generosity.

I never grew the ECSD clone-only, but from many hours spent drooling over pics on the net I'd say she leaned towards the ECSD (very floppy).
I know what you mean about not being able to pinpoint the smell. I'm terrible at describing taste/smell, but I taste the sourness with a funky dankness to it (if that makes sense). Still have some seeds left and will definitely be popping them when I get some room. I have some 5g's red x (OGxChemdog) seedlings from GRS going at the moment

Hey! I appreciate y'all taking a gander. Of course all credit to Ganja Rebel for combining these genes and offering them to the community.

Here is my lone lady on day 44 or so.




Usually dont worry about mold on Sour hybrids or most sativa leaners, but this ones got me wondering. I think i'll be pulling apart a few kolas to try and increase airflow. My sealed room is not the most humidity controlled room around..

This was the day she was chopped.

Pretty awesome girth on this gal, though she ended up being a bit light on the scale. Could have been from being a bit too conservative on the nutes this past round. Tried flushing a bit earlier and am not pleased with the result.
Back when i was in high school I'd have been psyched to have seen an eighth of this look HUGE in a ziplock bag.

Need to smoke her a few more puffs before i am comfortable sharing opinions on effect. She is certainly a pleasure in the taste and smell department.

Nice combo GRS, never grown anything with Durban in it before, and it was a good time. Thanks again.
