My good friends Gypsy and Clarence sent me a wonderful parcel to add some Southeast Asian flavor to the Kryptonite Harem....I'm going to grow them here in a grow a long of sorts...

I plan to break down and start posting pics again..When I look back I wonder where my sanity was where pics are concerned..All of my pics are in the old gallery and have to learn the new method of posting pics..

I went ahead and wet some of the Thai Stick Sativa..(approx 50 seeds) and when these germinate I will wet the Luang Prabang Lao Sativa..And then behind those will be the Khmer Gold..I want to keep them separate in germ times so Im not overwhelmed and can give each seed/plant my undivided attention..I have a bunch of stuff in veg and flower and time is important..I want to see these babies under the sun..Time to get started..

If I could get so lucky I would like to find a standout pair from each group.Im sure you know what I mean when I say if you grow enough of any line standouts will emerge..
Im between 33 and 34 degrees and have extremely hot and humid summers..Im thinking they will enjoy the weather here through October and then I will supplement with light on the cloudy days..Well the ones that will fit under the 1000 waters..Im just hoping for a few to standout and produce a little more Odor/Flavor and Potency/Resins..I figure the best chance of picking up on the true characteristics of these plants will be under natural light.
I like to grow under the sun this time of year and just put the plants under blackout in the evening..to aquire 12/12
Hard on the back but makes for incredible buds..

Sounds like a great project Capt. You have a bunch of interesting stuff happening at Kryptonite. Bet you cant wait until later in the summer to see all of them flowering.

Hell yea and Im excited about these new sativas to explore..

The Thais started germinating this morning..I could see a few seeds starting to split..
I also have some other interesting seeds germinating and some have sprouted..Im keeping these to myself for now..Ill share in the open discussion thread in a bit..

Im excited to see how This new Asian influx of plants will combine with the Neville's haze and the Durban..
Sativas are not strong sellers but I will certainly be creating some nice gems to have in the collection for those that still treasure these spicy delights..
I have always loved smoking good sativas and the hash made from these incredible plants will curl your toes!!One thing I have always dreaded is the fact that most plants seem to be subpar with incredible standouts mixed in..When you do find one of these "standouts" you wonder why you were so hardheaded about finding this incredible plant sooner..Just sublime and it really blows you away!!
The high leaves you energized,wide awake and your mind racing from thought to thought..Some even leave you highly focused and seem to come on in speedy rushes..
Yea,Im excited!!

Thanks for stopping in guys..Around 30 or so had popped and formed short tails and were placed in a seedling coco mix..very lightweight stuff,,me likes..They are already pushing themselves around this morning and looking to be quite little vigorous monkeys..I will check soon to see if the rest have emerged from the shell..I did not expect such fast and vigorous germination from Thai seeds but there it is..All of these were in a small 12 hour window..or was that Widow..

I'm excited to get these babies growing....Those long ,thin,jagged leaves and that spicy,licorice,anise,sandlewoo d odors to be discovered..I can't wait..............CC
