You can tell dank did a great job with the CB x DB Bx1 because I can recognize my pheno in your pics! They are pretty damn stable IMO!

Still so sad I missed out on the FBPK... I don't know if I will ever fully recover from that one...

that FBPK really is a thing of beauty! Looks a bit easier to grow / feed than the others?

The Carolina Blue x Digi Bx1 have been really interesting...a lot of consistency in the line, that I really wasn't expecting. The Carolina Blue breeds dominant in her outcrosses - the Digi Bx1 male also bred very prepotent for given traits in his outcrosses. The two together, I was sure what was going to surface...not exactly. But, it seems the more phenos I see of the plants, there are quite a few really balanced / even blends of both parents coming through - which is exactly what I wanted to see happen.

You're scrogging skills are simply awesome, BI....well done, as always!

Thank you, sir!

I really do like this FBPK. The looks, smell, effect.......all excellent....yield is respectable too. Veg time/low-medium stretch is her only downside IMO. Not really a problem, just need to get her bigger in veg or run more #'s. Her finished buds look unlike most I've come across, really unique stuff. I imagine there are some real gems to be found if you dug through a grip of beans.

FBPK is very easy to grow/feed. The CB x DB Bx1 is slightly pickier, but not really difficult IMO. I have 2 OG's, WhiteFire & Doc's, which are being picky. Trying to keep them happy with some extra N/Ca/Mg. Unfortunately these girls are riding along.......without too much complaint.

Appreciate the kind words! I do love me some scrog....... it's my favorite way to train/grow.

I said long ago, the FBPK really stood out to me as a peak in what I have done personally this far...

The plants in the line...stand apart. They have the fat greasy calyxes and heavy resin coverage that Ken Father did - but they are denser, more filled in, less leafy. They have a bit more blueberry effect to them via the BKGK and the Digi - but never really lost the bud structure...nor did they lose a true to type flower, given the bubba and the sour bubble in the mix - they stay very "kushy" and very golf ball...

The FBPK is really, I know this...great plants. They stand toe to toe with ANY plant in ANY garden. And that says tons, for them being purples - normally people want to say a purple isn't as potent...but I know the FBPK stands tall against such an accusation.

I personally think - that is the influence from the thai in the Digi and the blue in the Grape Krush.

I know with poly-hybrids, it is almost impossible to say what is doing what...but when you pair the RIGHT set of parents together, you get a perfect balance...and you do in fact find that uniformity...at least in the first generation. I know an F2 of the FBPK would REALLY be some great exploration...some extreme phenos to be found...

But really, BI, your FBPK pheno...is SPOT ON. It's exactly what I wanted people to find and keep within that seedline. I'm so please you enjoy the end results - especially given your wide assortment of strains!

Do you plan on keeping her around long term? How does she rate to other purples you have run / tried previously??

I don't ask much about the CB x DB - simply because I know all about how that smoke is. With the blue lines...you either love them or hate them...there are rarely folks on the fence with such lines...lol. It takes a certain need, to appreciate the blues for what they are really worth, in my opinion...

Excellent description of the line, pretty much exactly what I've found in the FBPK I've ran. Yeah, I imagine F2's would have a real crazy assortment of phenotypes.

This pheno of the FBPK will stay around for a long time, I have no plans of letting her go. I have another in soilless that is a week or two from being flowered. She's easily one of the best, if not THE best purples I've ran......from seed. Most of the purples I've ran didn't cut it with potency.....I'd get tired of it after severalsmoking. Flavors were usually pretty good though. The FBPK has a nice kick and the smell/taste is awesome.....she always keeps me coming back to the jar.
