Kudos to this mayor! Jury nullification should spread across this country in every cannabis case. Every cannabis defendant should demand a jury trial, and the jury should quash all of these cases. This is the only way the people's will can prevail over an out of control federal government, bent on controlling every move we make.

very cool. How can we help effectively spread information about jury nullification? I've considered posting informational flyers around courthouses. Any thoughts?

So far so good w filner...he seems to be solid in his stance...the people he is listening too on the subject and who he has aligned himself with were kinda iffy IMO....but they seem to either be giving good advice or he is filtering what they tell him and judging for himself....we will see if he sticks to his guns...he seems to genuinely despise goldsmith...hope that hate doesn't dissipate...also..we have yet to see how he does w the rest of this cities many issues....but as far as cannabis goes...we surely appear to have elected a winner
