Yeah sure, but my buds are bigger. Every bud is just covered in leaf. Really sticky though; had to clean my scissors after every cola. Still looks like a did a bad job of trimming. Tons of material for hash.

The buds on the first page look chunky and not very leafy, so i am confused by what you say?

It took me about 6 hours to trim them. I became disconcerted by the amount of leaves that I had to trim. This is my first really leafy variety. Expect weight to not correspond with volume. Got tons of material for hash though.

I will do a smoke report when cured.

I'm not comfortable posting pics right now. I hope to get some up before they go into jars.

hi Robert,
tnx for your grow and comments
50 days are really quick.
usually I let them go a bit longer, like 60+ days, especially form seeds.
but if you caught the right moon phase you can save a week easily
:-)
leafy?
I can imagine what you mean.
don't you have any pict before harvest to realize better?
pw is a bit leafy. yes, but after bud swelling the may look better.
did you grow in a N rich medium?
that may have pushed leaf production a bit.
I agree they're encrusted with resin.
keep the trim and make sum hash.
it may be fairly strong.
is the smell grapey or orange or musky?
can't wait for your smoke report.
tnx again
stay safe
dr.p

Here are some nice purple buds.

My grow room temps were too low during sleep cycle throughout the run, that is my fault. I also was probably not feeding them enough. I was really hands off this run, but that said these plants were easy to grow; no problems at all!

I cut them at 50 days, because I thought they looked done enough, and I needed to clean up quick due to a perceived security issue.

They were really STICKY. I was having a hard time trimming that day... my whole body ached, and it only got worse as the day progressed. I do have tons of sugar leaves, and clean trim already dried and ready; I'll freeze the dry trim until needed. I try and use everything that the plant gives us. I don't like to waste anything.

I did notice some orange smells during flower, but I'm not sure about grape yet. Drying the smells were LOUD fruity, and funky. Most of the phenos were purple, but I had one that I presumed to be more TW leaning...

They are all jarred up as of today. I'll let them cure a good 3 weeks and then try some. For sure will do a smoke report.

Thanks for everyone's patience with me.

Thanks Dr P. for providing us the opportunity to try your wonderful creations! When something is done out of love it is always better.

Warmest Regards to everyone who reads this.

SR

Harvest time

My respect for your work in times, which were not so easy. Thats a real good thread for me, because I had the pleasure
to get in contact with you. Before I saw your update today I was in your album to write a few words and you will get a
longer mail from me the next days, when it gets a little bit more quiet here, its a buisy week for me. Thanks for showing
your work and keep on doing what you like so much, but perhaps under a better law!
We will hear from each other and I wish you only the best......

I tested the purple phenos last night in my vaporizer. The weed just made me pass out. No other feelings whatsoever. I know some people like this effect, but when it's going to be your only weed for the next 3 months, it's highly disappointing. But, I should have known better.

The green phenos I tried provided no effect at all, but I probably cut those way to soon. My fault.

Well, it's just personal preference. The Urkle was dominant this run.

I sat down last night at 9:00pm to watch a show; started smoking, and did not even get 5 minutes into the show I think before passing out; next thing I remember is crawling up the stairs to go to bed around midnight.

Got a single plant going right now. I have had no luck trying to clone her. 10 cuts, and 10 failures. My cloning success percentages are around 85-90%, but not with these. I am nursing one right now that is showing some root growth, but very little growth above the soil. Finally got tired of trying to make a successful clone and threw the plant into flowering cab. Yep, she was a girl. Doing some aggressive stretching, and dropping of lower leaves, but she is a beautiful plant. Hoping that slow little clone is able to pull through, or I will have to try my hand at a reveg.

Well, the only cut to survive my attempts at cloning no longer is surviving. So that makes 11 attempts at cloning this girl and no survivors. The main seed plant was taken to 64 days and chopped. Had my first budrot ever in a grown plant. The rest of the plant is currently drying. Even without the removed rotted bud, the yield is a bit above average. Slight citrus smell on the touch, but no overpowering odors. Won't be able to test the goods for another 2-3 weeks as she drys and cures. But all things considered, unless the smoke test is an absolute winner, this will not be around in my garden again. Way too many issues for me in a garden that does not have any issues. Smoke report to come in a bit...
