Catnip Purple Wreck x Agent Orange

Hallo Brothers and sisters.
I have the pleasure to start a new thread about a special cross I made between two special plants, still one of my favourite to smoke and share.
The mom used in this cross comes from a selection of a pack from Reserva Privada regular bought in late 2007 with a pack of D-line (which became later Chocolope).
The best mothers from these packs were tested extensively in these years in different conditions and setup and still theyìre in my garden.
The pw mother is a beautiful specimen of an urkuel leaning pheno of the cross.
Hard rock juicy purple nuggets with giant calyxes bunched together glistening with resin sugar coat. Smell is out of this world. Grape, must, sweet berry, but made a bit fizzy by the trainwreck father, which probably gives a bit of yield more.
Fast to finish, usually harvested 3rd of october at 45°N, 7 weeks indoor.
Taste is ultra sweet grape, grapejuice, grape violet chewingum... so delicious and full in mouth and throat, although gentle and very enjoyable.
Sum picts of this keeper are needed now....

When the Agent orange male was added to this beauty I was amazed by the results since the first plant.
The AO male is known for his recessive adding quality of his offsprings.
He adds resin, yield and vigour and a beautiful orange smell and taste of the finished product.
The cross results in a pw looking plant, a bit more vigorous and big. More resinous and colorful at the end, as brown, black, purple, red tones often appear at the end of flowering phase.

I'll light a J right now and try to describe the taste.
Smell of the dry bud is complex and beautiful. Sweet, grapeish, musty, violet orange rinds although some forest and wood tones can be noted.
Imagine a smell of a green forest put into a grape-orange rind smoothie.
First toke is a candy. Smooth and sweet on the inhale, it goes directly to the palate and up the nose.
I can smell tones of lavender, blackberry and those gummy red worms shaped candies. Burnt orange tangerine comes out on the exhale.
High is fast and strong like an hammer.
If you are inexperienced it can knock you down.
With tolerance build up and cure it becomes more relaxing and enjoyable.
Pw x ao is a sweet strong one, and doesn't lack in any department,
for those who enjoy fast finishing plant with a beautiful a tasty nugget to share with connossieurs friends on special days.

I threw 10 of these into distilled water + K-L-N on 10.31.... they all made it!

Nice healthy seedlings!

I'll post pics tomorrow.

Thanks!

Thanks

Update. These are all doing really well. They are under 200 watts T5's.

Not sure about the medium I will using this go. I'm kind of tired of the soil mess... even though my mix works great.

These are on Seedbay right

Of course. Thanks for checking out my updates. I just topped them this morning. Under 18/6 lighting; normally go 24 hour in veg. May switch it back.

Best regards,
