new zealand maximum growing season?

hi guys,

I live in Tauranga new zealand and was wondering what is the latest month you can finish off your plants in? end of april? end of may?. next season i really want to grow some ace seeds sativas.

can any kiwi growers who sees this please tell me the latest you have ever harvested. it would be much appreciated and could be a good guideline for future nz growers.

ace bangi haze and nep jam will finish end march beg april. They are definitely mold resistant strains if you get abit of weather at harvest time. I did these both this year and am ordering more. I liked the nep jam the best. The bangi is stronger though.

. Bangi takes a bit more than the neps.

Thanks man. The bangi haze looks interesting, what's the yield and colouring like?. Since you're on oz you should give a thai strain a go with your climate. you would probably kick everyone's ass that tried it haha

i only grew late season minis so cant really talk about the yields.

bangi is very alert. Some folks didnt like it as it was very racy.

Green is the colour. Nep jam prob had a better leaf to bud ratio. Bangi you had to do a bit of trimming.

Bangi does indeed reek of onions. Made my house pretty uncomfortable when drying. It stinks.

Im in Auckland and i harvested 20th april outdoors. I was able to keep rain off so no mould issues.
