Indoor "Passive Hydro/Pot Culture" grow in coco. using party cups (veg) and 6L pots (flower). medium: CANNA Coco pro+, mixed with a little perlite (80/20% mix).
Nutrients/Additives: CANNA ~ Coco A+B, Rhizotonic, Cannazym, CANNA-Monos: Cal' & Mag', fish mix (biobizz), Buddy (vitalink), Molasses, Photosynthesis +.
*Flower Lighting: x3 - 600w HPS (1800w).*
*Veg lighting ~ x2 - 300w CFL "Blue" (600w)*



I started 5 seeds with a 100% germ rate and these have been growing fast since sprouting. A very impressive strain so far, props to Hortilab for putting this out.

x4 of these now @ around Day #28 in my flower room. They've done stretching now and have remained controllable with training, vegged to around a "ft they had a x2-3 height gain in size after flip easy. They grow fast and take up feeds quickly too and are thriving atm. Buds are now forming long colas, which are comin in thick and fast!!
I also still have another one of these still in veg that will be flowered out soon too...

Those are really nice SM. I like strains that make buds that look like that. I have an Lsd (barneys) that takes on those characteristics. It's lets me know ahead of time that the smoke is gonna be killer. Just one of those things that after years of growing and knowing my strains i can see early on. Jesus now i wanna go tend to the plants instead of typing on here.

Thanx guys, and my apologies to Hortilab for leaving this thread unfinished for so long.

This was my (cloned) favorite plant out of the pack I originally started. But I lost the whole lot when I got shut down back in May over June (due to a major security risk), though I did manage to keep this clone alive in veg.
And now finally, I will soon enough get to see how she smokes .

Currently @ Day #74 (near harvest!!) - Strong, rotten sour candy aroma.
And amazing resin production, I hope she hits as hard as she looks!!.






I just thought I'd share these here as I hate to leave an unfinished thread. I'll be back with a smoke report once she's dried & cured.

Strain: - Sour Power – ('StarBud' x ‘E.C.S.D. v3’) Hortilab Seeds

Bag Appeal: Stacked, tight calyx formation. Compacted, dense small nuggets pack together along the stem to make up the overall buds. Gorgeous looking – sharp, striking and full of visual appeal. Very little leaf and great trichome coverage.

Bud/Nug Density: Mid density – sativa look, but more compact.

Aroma: Pungent raw diesel – Meaty fuel, chemical candy spray! Hits the senses immediately with a strong and powerful scent. Stand out, yet pleasant funky smell.

Taste: On inhale the taste is surprisingly much sweeter than the aroma suggests. Very hash-like with a sour/floral twist. During which there is more of a citrus - fuel/spray flavor that takes over the sweetness and leaves a fruity/sour tangy taste long after exhale.

Harsh/Smoothness: Smooth smoke, thick and flavorful. Easy toke with no cough fit.

Potency/High: Hits hard and very fast with an instant soaring effect. Wrap around the head/face feeling. Takes immediate hold with a creative, social, up kind of high. No racy edge either, it has a more comfortable, loose/easy feel and yet a very relaxed effect around the whole body.

Overall Satisfaction: Strong smoke – not for the weak of heart!

Couchlock/Uplifting: 50/50 – My mind is focused and more in tune to the task in hand, while I’m locked down. Feeling relaxed and at ease. An hour can easy pass by easy in what seems like five minutes.

Medicinal benefits: Anxiety, Depression, Appetite, Relaxation, Recreation, Sleep Aid.

Overall score/Final Comments: 9.0 – I have found a great keeper plant out of a single pack of x5 feminized beans. Flowered for 70+ days she’s a smooth, flavorful and potent smoke. Ticks all my boxes and it’s a strain/clone I’ll easy pass around and recommend highly with my close friends.
Will definitely be trying more strains from the Hortilab team in the future.
