. I think the low traffic may be due to the fact I am only keeping this grow log in GanjaRebelSeeds forum. However, that is fitting because I will be growing at least 90% GRS, and was gifted most of the seeds I am growing this year. I try to give respect where respect is due.Thank you, and that is what I am hoping. After all this wind I hope the stems beef up for some monster nugs! Now the party has started! Welcome TT, and thank you. Quote:

Hey man. Few comments and suggestions.
First, everything looks awesome. You really have everything looking nice and dialed, and if you keep it up your going to have the highest possible quality meds period. The fist Blue Dream X 5 G's looks very BD dominant and is going to be gigantic. You may need to do some work to keep it from getting way too tall. I'm excited to see that thing blow up! Second, your Double OG Sour. You may want to clone it as I have a feeling it's going to be serious. If you have a unique amazing tasting OG dominant plant that yields more than any other OG you may want to keep a clone of it. Lastly. If you have started a lot of plants don't be too quick to plant all the first to show sex. For instance you planted a 5G's Red F2. I'm sure it will be awesome. But,you may want to rethink if thats the best possible plant to put in that pot,as your limited to a small amount of medical plants in your area. The 5G's Red is great, but you may have a better more vigorous plant with a better structure that hasn't sexed yet. For instance, you should grow any 5G's Yellow hybrids if you planted any. Anyways, very impressed. Hope you grow the best herb you've ever had, thats the whole point. Peace.. |

Hey GanjaRebel, thanks for stopping in. Hope things are going well for you in your garden. I always appreciate your advice, so let me comment on a thing or two.
Your first comment: I picked that plant because it looks BD dom. I plugged it into my only 150 gal pot, so I was hoping it would blow up. I for sure am going to have to tie her down, but I am into the whole bondage thing, . I just hope she doesn't get too big, she was a March start, and hasn't slowed down since.Second comment: I always clone every plant that I throw outside just in case. The og sour will be no exception. I popped a pack of these, and only one has shown sex. The one showing sex was started in March, and the rest in April, so I hope they will show soon. Hope I get what you would consider a keeper, can't wait! Third Comment: Now you got me thinking. I have a blue dream x 5g that looks 5g red dominate that I was thinking of plugging next. However, I have a bunch of OG x Chem hybrids on deck ready to rock once sexed. I selected one 5g red because I know what to expect, and an early harvest is always appreciated. I think I will limit my 5g red to just one then, with your advice. So what do you think for the rest of my holes then? Go strait to OGxchem hybrids? I still have a couple super vigorous BD x 5g's still, what do you expect from this hybrid? Thanks for all the advice and kind words. I hope this year will be the year I go top quality, and never look back. Edit: I only plugged that 5g red in this last weekend. You think I should pull it and make more room for my 5g yellows and Double Og Sours? |

Forgot to throw some pics of my worm bin up with the last round of pics. I have two of these, that measure 2'x4' of surface area. In the last year I have processed maybe a 1/2 yard from each of these bins. Also, I harvest 5-10 lbs of worms and added them to my smart pots. It's the gift that keeps on giving!
For worm fuel I like to add veggie scraps from dinner. My wife and I love artichokes, and we grow them, so the worms often get the scraps and love it! I also add cheap coco, (bricks that expand) ground oyster shells, greensand and or azomite, cow and chicken compost, shredded mail and paper bags from grocery stores, alfalfa, kelp, soft rock phosphate, old soil with roots, ext. My finished castings make for some quality teas. |
