Hey Capt. I just had a realization, that maybe you can help me out on. Swerve says in his descriptions that he received pollen from "capt.". So did he get it from you? and what exactly was the pollen from if it was indeed from you.

This is why I did not understand all the hoopla about the DNA thingy..
Its common knowledge I gave him all the pollen to make all of his seeds while working under my company..

I honestly do not remember all the diff pollens I sent out..The outcross and BX pollens for the OGK were part of it..I still have the PMs between swerve and I about him needing pollen to make (ANY) seeds..
Its not my style to post private information online but I am saying that the pollen came from me...OGRaskal may be able to chime in and verify this..As he knew I was helping swerve get into the seed game..I just never knew his head would grow so large or that he would want to take credit for everything..Even knowing he posted I gave him the fucking pollen to get started..


You see taking an elite cutting and pollinating it is easy..Finding the stud to work with is where the challenge comes in..Finding a really high quality male plant is not easy..You have to grow out a lot of seeds to find a really potent standout..And then you have to know HOW to find him..
None of which Swerve knows how to do...He just grabs anything that pops up and uses it..I would be willing to bet he did not grow out 20 males to find his breeder plants he now uses..
I would also wager there are only really 3 or 4 strains and they are just sold as 15 or 20 different strains..So you order any of his OGK stuff and you get the same seeds no matter which description/strain you choose..
He is obviously using a lot of advertising to fool the canna public..You cannot grow plants traveling all over telling the world you are the greatest..You have to spend time in the garden getting intimate with each plant.(not getting intimate with some groupie and taking a shit on your wife and child)
It takes patience and knowledge to select special plants..
He obviously does not have the Fire cut anymore or you would see standouts being grown from this seed line which you see basically nothing..
Look at all the positive reports Raskal has using the Fire cut..
Swerve will say what ever he has to to separate you from your money!!!!

Im saying this once more...Do not let Swerve/Cali Connection get any of your personal info because if you happen to piss him off it will be posted online for LEO to see..Hes a danger to this community!!

Several standouts have emerged..

I have some time and can discuss this a little more in depth..

I have 160 in 1 location.....(have had to split things up and move them to diff locations).....In this area I have the Purple Kushes,the Hashplants,Neville's Haze,an ECSD line,and a few pure Kush plants..when I walk in you are instantly hit with a sharp pungent aroma..These plants are in hard veg right now and will be put in the dark cycle as I determine the size is appropriate to do so..I just mark the date on the info area of my tape..
(~I wanted to give you guys a good idea for keeping individual records of plant sex,early odor quality,ect..I use white duct tape and put a piece directly on the pot,or in front of the plant in a hydro system..You can then use a sharpie pen and add all the info you want..When you transplant you can just rip the tape off and stick it on the next pot or just make a new one with updated plant info..I grew tired of having to dig around in the soil to find my markers..lol..I still use markers also but use the tape for a foolproof method..the markers can come out and/or get lost..~)

I had put the Neville's in the 12 hour cycle for 3 days or so and decided I wanted them bigger..So back under continuous they went..I have found 3 or 4 females that have odor and this is unusual for NH..They are usually very hard to find in veg..
Also 3 males that look promising early on..One has a lot more Northern Lights coming through than any other Neville's haze in the group..much tighter internodes,slightly wider darker leaves,ect..a very interesting plant early..

I have several purple Kush males that are looking excellent as possible breeders..When I think I have found the absolute stinkiest plant in the group another 1 shows sex and takes over the #1 stinky spot..I have one different from the rest in that he is extremely acrid,pungent ,tingly
,will almost burn your nose and sinuses..Just nasty!!!The other males have the more traditional pungent,musky dank odor..
I am not really concerned with the purp in the purple kush and will not make decisions based on color..Potency and then odor/flavor are my # 1 and 2 priorities..If these 2 are there then vigor usually accompanies these traits..
I am more interested in the actual Kush lineage than the color..If Purple accompanies these traits then all the merrier..

One of my Favorite plants thus far has been these afghani hashplants..They started out with huge fat fans and have since narrowed to a more traditional indica..These are said to add heavy resin to most every hybrid they have been involved in..
I cannot wait to see the results of the females and then the trial runs up against the Triangle Kush,OGKush and others...
This might just be the "next step" in working with the Kushes..
Time will tell but these stinky plants have serious promise..

More to come..I will see about getting some pics out of this cam and on to my comp here..Using a POS laptop due to leaving my tab on top of the car one evening and letting it fly away somewhere...(fly away you are freeeeee)

Maybe gets some fresh pics over the weekend if time allows....

Sounds like a good plan. Im all giggity over the purple kush project. So what made you decide to use the sr71 and not the lvpk or urkle?

I used this line because it was in seed form and I could get males and females to inbreed to my selected traits..And also use it in outcrosses whether the male or female was needed I will have both in the holding area...
I have Grandadpurps and im sure I could get urkle but they have been done to death..does anyone know the lineage of GDP or the Purp Urkle cuts???I didn't think PU was a real Kush but I could certainly be mistaken..

Lets plat mix and match..
I know what trial hybrids I like but would like to hear from you guys,the grower and let me know what interest you if you could choose the hybrid made to order..
We will keep it simple and choose a few elite cuts and a few seed lines most of which already are proving to have very special plants within..

Of course the cuts will be the female side of the hybrid paired with a male from a chosen seedline..You can also pair 2 seed lines such as Nevilles X Hashplant..
