NYPD's stop and frisk program
Many of you probably know somebody who has been a victim of this. I do.
Even though cannabis is decriminalized in NYC the cops search people and then when they empty their pockets, BAM no longer decriminalized because its in the public now. Sounds totally fucked... https://www.nytimes.com/2013/05/02/ny...nors.html?_r=0 |
