New sour grape IBL (test grow)

Well here goes one of my all time favorite strains but now its gonna be even better... I'm a strict KISS grower and believe less gives you more as far as yield , taste and potency ... I've tried everything you can throw at me and In the end the Lucas formula using general hydroponins had never let me down and my patients have always like the product best without all the other stuff dumped in ... I veg in coco and use 18oz cups after the clones/seeds pop out the rapid rooters the into the cups with coco for a few weeks and then there off to 3/4 gallon containers with pure coco and then 3 gallon Hempy buckets which I then surround the plants with just straight small sized perlite for a few weeks until flower ... Along with the Lucas i also use calimagic to suplement calcium and magnesium since I use an RO filter but that's it ... I also veg for 6 weeks and still use just the Lucas formula for veg so its so simple from veg to end of flower they all get the same formula ... The seeds will be put between wet cotton balls for germination then into straight coco and will only be fead 1/16 of the Lucas formula after about a week of popping out of the coco and losing there husk... We'll if anyone has questions or comments just shoot a post ill throw a few pics up to give an example of what my girls look like grown this way and in the pics there all types of strains since I did alot of seed recently and have some clone only strains going as well

Got them germinating and as of lately I've had good luck and have had them pop when checked at 12 hours so hopefully by this time tomorrow night ill have them in there cups of coco or maybe rapid rooters but thing ill go right to the cups anyways obviously this is the slow part so ill check in after there all germinated and popped out of the coco to say high ;-) and after that ill do weekly updates but if anyone has any questions or comments ill be watching this thread ... Also they will be under t5ho until they get transplanted into there 3/4 gallon containers then there put in my 2x400 watt metal halide veg room and from there my flower room which I have 3x1000 watt hps lights and do 6 bushes per light so hoping for 6 females so they will be perfect under one light but hey ill take more or less

All seed have popped so within 12 hours we have 100% germination... Now let the fun begin also forgot to add I could only do 6 as of now because of the Michigan med laws but ill beable to pop the other 6 next week so they won't be to far apart... Ill also throw the sour boggle seeds down a week after I do the next set of sour grapes and ill just log how they do in flower and also make a new thread with the grow results and smoke report on the boggle o were more focused on the sour grape here

Thanks caregiver...we will look forward to your results with eager anticipation.

Simple methods are best. Mixing methods often leads to trouble.

Some people don't like to rely on one method and they try more things without isolating the results. This is often confusing to learning growers. Eventually you find your method.

That's exactly how I look at growing .. Its the same deal like with everything else if it isn't broke don't fix it... I've tried so many differ nutrients and different grow styles side bu side with the way im growing still to this day and once you have one that works then why change it... i find that the fancier you get the harder you make it on yourself Atleast that's what I've seen from all my buddies that have tried and failed but like riding a bike you have to crash and burn a few times some times to get it right lol but my way is cheap and easy and everything I grow yields, smokes and tastes to perfection Atleast good enough for me and my patients

Now to an update... They all popped and are taking off nicely but not much to look at ofcourse so ill do pics in another week but all is good and can't wait till there flowering but defently got to have patience when you have a hobby like this

Contented growers are satisfied with their results. Some believe stories that doing this or that will increase yields.

Yields relate mainly to the root system given time to develop and good genetics.

Don't believe in snake oils...

So very true bog... Usually most learn that the hard way but I was licky and read alot before I even started and noticed everyone who had nice big grows used simple methods and hardly any nutes and the ones who say the while line of this brand or that brand is the best but never any pics to back it up made me think the real growers that had these monsters knew what they were talking about

it's been a few weeks so its picture time which I just showed a buddy these today in person and he did some seeds a week befor me and mine are double the size as hisnbrnhes using the whole line of advanced nutrients and runs n aeroponic fog system which can do good but he usses way to many nutes and sprayers are always clogging .. Makes me love my hempys even more anyways here they are at 16 days from germination ...Well only one pics loading ill get it fixed

16 days from germinating

All 5... Started with 6 and still have 6 but one is a runt and didn't look right i the pic lol its odd to the side off these and just didn't fit in the pic right ... Hoping its a male ... The runt males always seem to be the better breeders but then again it could be the nice short and fat momma lol anyways here ya go and will do better pics when we get to flower pics the smallest is 4" tall and the tallest Is 8" tall and for size reference the pots are 10" tall 3/4 gallon containers that I just transplanted them into a few days ago since they were outgrown there 18 oz cups ... This was taken with just my iPhone so sorry for the quility and added the info on the pic since I have another test grow going and don't want pics mixed up... And bog needs to get on that next project and let me do another test grow * hint hint * lol actually I just want it done just to check it out since I didn't get a chance to grow it when you had it out last time around so looking forward to giving her a go once you got seed available ... And wansnt it your LSD?

Yeah well the LSD is a longer flowering saliva sided lady that gets huge. I prefer more indic a highs but LSD has shown some characteristics growers love. High thc and big yields. It is also quite mold resistant.

A new batch of seeds are being germinated soon and IBL LSD is all planned but it will be a few months. I like your style caregiver...

Thank you sir... And that sounds interesting and actually perfect for me because I'm like you and more into the indicas but I just started getting request for sativa Dom meds from my patients so I have a comlimbian d going from pisces and looking for more which are longer flowering plants but less veg due to there stretch so it works out in my perpetual grow that I do and ya them seedlings really jump up once the roots hit the Rez in the Hempy bucket ... Alot of people can't believe there so young I even had one going from gage green that people swore were a month old and they were just around the same age as these girls so they defently veg into big bushes and a big root mass real fast which is why my yields are so high even with a simple fool proof fead schedule.. Ill defently have to give your LSD a go since everyone loved your older sour grape I'm sure there gonna like the rest of your gear .. Can't wait till flowering time
