de ce numai pentru aceeia si nu pentru toata lumea? cine mananca carne nu are voie sa bea un smoothie sau un juice de cannabis?

sucul e mai usor de baut decat de rumegat la frunze. in salata iti recomand uleiul presat la rece, din seminte. pentru un extra crunch poti folosi si ceva seminte semi-prajite (in salata ma refer, nu la ulei).

Semintele de canepa germinate (nu cred ca mai trebuie sa amintim cum
 ) sunt delicioase si au valoare nutritionala mare. Mai nasol e ca toate semintele de pe piata sunt sterilizate la abur pentru a impiedica germinarea.

de parca-i asa greu de cules de pe camp seminte. mai ales ca-i legal!!!
eu le folosesc pe alea de la crossuri care nu ma impresioneaza la primul test. nu m-am gandit insa sa pun si germeni in salata, voi incerca, mersi de idee. (eu ii pun la compost pentru plante in veg., de obicei, nu chiar germeni, dar imediat ce cresc putin, cam pe la o saptamana de viata) Quote:

Ma bucur ca v-am trezit interesul.
Si eu ma gandeam la seminte germinate din pacate nu am nici o sursa de seminte ieftine.Am luat azi 6 clone (din pacate aveam doar 6 pahare pregatite) si cele 2 frunzulite de la nodul 3 le-am amestecat cu niste frunze de patrunjel si le-am stors la storcatorul de funze... ce pot sa va spun e ca se simtea f bine gustul si mirosul diferit. E drept ca patrunjelul era din supermarket... din gradina e cam devreme. |
