once again,my apologies if i misread anything.without a previous history of interacting with someone its often easy to misread someones intentions.there is certainly plenty of spirited ball busting going on amongst the habitues of the round table but then again we have also been hanging out here for some time together so once again allow me to apologize if i didnt take that right.
any info on people's medical applications of DGS genetics even in crosses is always quite welcome here as well. |

During veg and most of flower it had this really dark brown bronze color to the leaves..super healthy and vigorus, and semi-nute sensitive, which is good (less is more)....and it is this expression that does that fluffy foxtailing thing....looks like every 1 in ten or less beans does this. Smell is super sweet and pungent...overpowering the Mazar-I-Shariff and a Durban Poison x BMR next to it,smells like it's going fuck me up pretty good~ The rest of the pheno's I've played with aren't worth keeping. BJW looks like he may have a decent keeper of an expression I have not seen in my garden yet...but then again I'm done playing w/these beans~. Gas......

Some friendly ball busting is all I read into it - that would be a hard one to pass up to, I'm always up for some word play LOL
Right now the TO SC99 is the most potent and highest producer in the garden so for the time being it definitely has a home here - glad to have tested em out

I for one am not interested in a line....and there are very few beans left in existence. It might be worth it to refine that one or two pheno's that look good. Eventually with a little work it might 'stabilize' (har har) and make a decent line....or at least make personal stash status...maybe..
We'll see what happens when we partake in the smoke of the frosty bronzing one~ |

Coot's 'The One' is a 1971 BOEL Afghani x 1976 BOEL 'Dealer's Choice' Thai Stick....The Afghani's came from Kandahar in a surf board...eventually landing in Laguna Beach in 1971.
The Thai Stick male was from 'Dealer's Choice' Thai stick in 1976...which were just the loose flowers intended as a bonus to the dealers. 'Dealer's Choice' was not tied to sticks with different colored silk threads to determine which direction things went once in the states. Most of that was kept by the dealers from what I understand.... 'The One' is a cut only from 1984...as is her sister 'Blue Orca'...and the still unknown 'Mary Poppins'. These are the only 3 from the original breeding left out of 9 phenotypes distributed to different BOEL members/associates in the early 80's. Cotton candy dank sweet...heavy sweet. |

interesting,i bet a lot of what i see as being from the swtc99 is coming from the afghani side...that cross is really a polyhybrid! seems like lots of very interesting phenos could pop up from that combo...it would be challenging to create a stable line for sure! you really just never know till you pop em!

Looks amazing. Really some great expressions in all these bud shots. And love a great back story to explain where it all came from
![]() Can't wait to start working on some of these types of crosses.

My last two are coming down at 60 days, one was easily ready at 56 days but I didn't want to take the time as I was going out of town that morning
![]() Really looking fwd to the darker sweeter smelling less foxtailing one, I might snap a shot of her when I pull her 18gal notill tote out from the group, she looks rather impressive - the other one seems to be a carbon copy of my last gal....reports comin back that its uber strong, very Sativa influenced high which a lot of these Cali heads are not accustomed to, being in a stoned fog of dispensary "OG" this and "bubba" that...."platinum bubba" seems to be the one to have right now in the dispensary crowd...... |
