As for the attitude and sensitivity you have... if you can't help answer my question I really don't care what else you have to say.

Does this backcross contain any purple genetics that exist in the A11 purps?

Not sure if that's in line with the originals or not.... She did have thick orange hairs though and matured quickly. Will know more once we give her a toke

In the meantime, here are some veg shots. These are all different seed plants from the nug shots I already posted. If I had to bet my my money, I'm watching the first girl. Zig-zaggy, lots of branching, thin noodle stems.

Two others are much more similar to each other. Wanting to grow vertical, thicker stems

Like I said, never grew the original variety so I try to let the pictures and my descriptions do the talking without bias. The first girl I flowered out was nice, good smells and frost, but due to the lack of stretch and yield, she isn't quite what I was looking for. Here's hoping for a keeper in these other 3...

Beautiful plants LD, I must say! The veg plants look great and have the color and structure so far but where did the purple come from?

The one you want has many bud sites not big fat colas and none of my A11 ever stretched much compared to other plants I have grown.

I get 2.5 to 3 z`s off each 2.5 ft plant. Let her go to 4 ft and you have 5 to 6 easy. The right plant will have many golf ball sized resin covered nuggies everywhere.

All looks good so far, we will see in flower and finished bud shots. If your first one purpled then chances are these will to. a11 does not through crazy phenos out like that due to being a very stable strain unless it has been messed with some how.

Fry like an egg, your descriptions seem quite similar to what this plant produced. Please stop by here for a smoke report... https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread....89#post5922989

For some reason I was under the impression apollo was going to stretch more. Seems I was misinformed and am very happy to hear, because honestly she acted a lot like you have described. I came into this thread and just now read your descriptions after typing up that post ^^

I give my plants a very good flush, and that apollo girl went for 3weeks on water only, because I kept delaying her harvest. She was nice and faded by the end, and one might contribute her color to that. The purple only came on a few nugs, closest to the lights, and definitely most depleted of nutrients. Something to consider, as you hunt for an answer to your question cause this is some nice herb for sure.

There is no purple in A11 and LD`s pics and comments reflect this as well and he is growing it out. (Nice grow LD) All we need is an honest answer from the breeder!
!
I have always wondered why he calls it a BX, but his given lineage would say it's an IX or in-cross. BX to me would suggest he out crossed at one point to another strain then back crossed to an Apollo.

I have grown a shit load of A11, F2's and F3's and have never see it go purple.

Read and seen the pics. I see doubt in a few places. First the purple, never seen it ever no matter the flush time nor light intensity. I have beamed em with 1000, 1200 watts of HID1s to close at times and flushed for 3 weeks as well with zero purple.

Also the leaves look much more indica (larger than a A11 leaf in veg IMHO. And the comment on the buzz as weak compared to other strains and longevity proves to me that something is very wrong.

My A11 will sit you on your ass after 2 hits and last 3 hrs and I smoke it every day for over 10 years plus and never get tired of her.

You can`t even touch it without it sticking to everything and fingers stuck together like super glue if you have the right pheno and true A11.

Beautiful nugs there LD but no purps in A11.
