They should operate within the law. I don't agree with the raid a fine should have been sufficient but you are on the verge of complete legalization in your community do not give the man any reason to fight it. We are hoping for Washington, Oregon, and the other medical communities to set a good example. Just my two cents.

they must sue and it needs to be run up the flagpole ,and cost the state in legal fees itwill become cost prohibitive to the state ,push it through the due process channels and set it up for apeal right off the gitgo,spend the states money and a lot of it

The first sentence.. selling to non card holders. Sounds shady all around and running it out of the house to. They Sold to 5 different informants without cards.

I mean, if your going to put yourself on the map, and have traffic, the least you can do is abide by the law, which im sure they're 100%.

I'm just stating what the article said. If we want a win for marijuana legalization everything has to go by the books when you are running a business. The law is looking for anything they can get right now. They know what is happening and they dont like it. The best way to screw them is to show that this can and will work. Im against anything bad happening to anyone especially a med clinic.

Im part owner of a store here in Wa.....

#1 rule..... anybody without a mmj card does NOT get inside the store..... if you dont have your authorization card you dont even get to see the merchandise

Currently....MMJ Stores only get shut down if they dont follow the rules set forth by the state


By the way I-502 has nothing to do with medical marijuana ......I-502 is a law for the everyday toker over 21...not medical patients

we have different laws to follow...like you can have 1 oz..... patients can have 24 ozs.....you can't grow 1 plant legally... a patient can grow 15 plants

leo and the media holding hands here. they gonna use it anywhichway to their advantage...we have no such means. we being at a disadvantage because the legislature has high regards for leo and favor their agenda.
the battle is all uphill against them...
