Im curious of the laws in romania in regards to growing and posessing. Is equiptment easy to get. Im currently in the us and am looking to possibly move over that way. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Well, the laws are as bad as any other place, possession is a minimum mandatory 6 month prison sentence, hilariously enough downgraded to a fine if you rat out your provider. Obviously growing would be worse, I'm not sure how many years it is.

As for equipment, other board members know about this topic a lot more than I do.

As long as you stay low and obey the growers basic rules "No tell, No smell, No sell" you can grow and smoke your own medicine (the police does not have the same equipment for grow ops detection as in us and in generally they are not so ... educated). But Romania is not the place where you want to grow and smoke without fear. The law make no difference between possession and selling, so if you are caught with a plant you will be considered a drug dealer and go to prison.

Whatever plans do you have, never, never, never tell somebody that you grow weed. Just play dumb and act as you never heard about weed

As for the equipment, you can now find most of the required accessories and nutrients on several online stores, but you can also order them from other seller in Europe. Not recommended to order them from outside European Union, as the custom officers may ask you to open the packages for inspection.

But we have one of the best soil for agriculture in the entire Europe, so the guerrilla outdoor is always a possibility if you are extra careful.

also, there is no threshold for "small quantities", it up to the judge to chose between min or max sentece, or something in between. you can get up to 7 years for producing and 15 years for dealing. First time offenders tend to get an average or minimmum sentece, expecially when not accused of dealing.

If you only grow for yourself, there's no problem, do it safely and you'll be alright, but if you start sharing or selling it, expect to get in trouble sooner or later. lots of snitches here, because of the communist regime we had before '89.

that's a small town. If you grow for yourself you should be fine. just take care, people like to spread rumours and talk about their neighbours a lot, especially in small towns or in the country-side, so don't get seen doing something that would look suspicious. keep it to yourself and you should be fine.
