Got some new beans to try out since I've been growing the Rx almost exclusively for over a year.

I have a 1k in a partitioned room with about a 4x5 growing area but the total grow area with room for fans and stuff is about 4x8 so sometimes I will cram some veggers in out of the optimal light footprint to expose them to some HID.

Veg is a small closet about 2x3 with 4 26w cfls that do alot better than I would have thought they could do. Homemade bubble- cloner stays on the top shelf and thats where I currently have the seedlings under 1 26w cfl.

I make my mix with peat, compost, perlite, espoma bio-tone, blood, bone, lime

I use Alaska fish occasionally in veg and PBP grow,bloom and sweet raw as needed or whenever I'm feeling froggy.

I am not worried about pulling crazy numbers this is all for personal and that's how I like it.

There will be clones of two different Rx phenos growing alongside the new genetics. Here is a shot of the veg closet/jungle with some plants that will be going into flower in a couple days.

Thanks for stopping in KW, I'm trying to get some variety like you got going on bro.

Got some eye candy for everyone, we should have a nice mix of bud pics and veg shots of the new beans in this thread. Hope I can keep it entertaining.

I have been flowering in 3 gallon bags but I'm trying this one in a #7 pot. It is a Rx 2 Day 14 flower, just trimmed alot of undergrowth and topdressed.

Little update for everybody. Everything is going pretty good placed the seedlings right under the veg lights and they are chugging along nicely. But I think I should get a 2 ft T5 for my veg closet, any sugestions?

I popped 5 seeds of each of the new strains and had 100% germ rates. Now I hope some of these little babies are dank females. All are about 10-12 days above ground.

Have an update on the little ones. All seem to be healthy, one runt in the Buddha's triplets but I'll continue growing all until sex shows. Take cuts from the females, cull the males and flip these bitches.

I'm going to flip these earlier than I normally would because of unknown stretch. My Rx doesn't stretch too bad at all but I know the Vortex can be a stretcher and those OG genetics have a tendency to stretch like crazy too.

Will transplant to bigger pots this week.

The Vortex defincately seem more vigorous at this point but everything is looking pretty healthy.



The Buddha's triplets (BT from here out) look pretty good but definately varied heights/sizes at this time.

I think I will divide the main part of my veg closet with a shelf for the smaller plants/cloner lit by CFL and a 2ft T5 fixture below for the bigger girls in 3-5 gals getting ready to flower.

Whats up everyone?

Got a quick udate for ya on the garden.

Flower room is getting along nicely except for the damn yellowing.

I have to make a (long) trip to the grow shop in the next couple weeks and plan on picking up some different ammendments for my soil (kelp, alfalfa, EWC, crab shell, greensand) to try and improve it.



The veg closet is looking nice and green. We have 2 confirmed Vortex females and 3 suspected males that are still under investigation. The BTs aren't showing sex yet but I have a couple suspected males over there too.

Dabs anyone? Some of my 1st try at bho, a few bubbles but was only heat purged in a super thin film. No sparks or nasty taste, very nice and much easier than I thought. Much easier and much better return than my bubble-attempts. Will definately try this again.
