this is absolute and utter fucking bullshit
lets make up the revenue from unjustly imprisoning people by unjustly taxing them understand if the feds can justify a special tax so can the states devaluing the profit which will force cheaper production for lower profit to retain the same end cost to the user or worse the med patient that needs it to maintain quality of life this isnt fucking legality this is fucking extortion im all for legality but not fiscal slavery

taxation without representation is one of the reasons we started this fucking country
tax money to pay for enforcing regulation is one thing, profiteering through taxes is a whole other ballgame big pharma gets tax incentives and causes addiction epidemics and the us government wants to close its deficit by taxing the fuck out of weed un fucking believable

It is like I have always said, The government imposes it's version of morality to all of it's subject in regard to vice until they are overwhelmed and then they just tax the fuck out of it. Look at other vices like gambling, liquor and tobacco. Morality has a price is all.

i know this comment is going to piss people off..that being said the sooner the gov realizes
how much tax money they could make nation wide on weed the sooner it will be 100% legal and i for one think weed should be legal i spent a lot of time locked up for so called crimes and there are thousands of people wasting away in prison over a harmless plant. i would gladly pay taxes so they could be free and no one else would ever have to see prison over a plant but thats just my 2. I'm sure there are plenty who will disagree... but 50% tax? really thats just wrong. |
