harvest problem

hi! I growing some white widow using ebb & flow hyproponic system. It my 7 week of flowering already and about to harvest. The problem is i can't get rid of the powder mildew and it infected to the fan leaves and some of the buds(like 60%~70%o of the plant is cover with PM).In hte beginning I thought it was molds but I foudn out it powder mildew.I used the fan to blow it like 24/7. Is it too late to fix them now? Can it be prevent it turn into mold? or should i wait until other week and feed it with plain water with ph 7.5~8 and reduce the RH?Any way to save my crops? Or is there other safe way to dry the buds? Can anyone help me out here, this is a really mess up situation. thank

Um...I am no expert but maybe you shoulda got the situation under control before the plant was 70% covered in mildew...I dunno what you can do to be honest, I will let a pro chime in.

Is PM the powerdery substance that looks like drywall dust on fan leaves? If so, is it bad to have on your plants? Should I wipe it down?

I dont know that they can be saved you might be able to run the buds through some bubble bags to try and salvage some of the trichs by making some bubble hash. Sorry to hear the bad news.

Depending on how large of a grow you have and whats at stake ... i would

Best solution, get a sulfer burner it will kill all the pm in one day, and let the plants flower another 3 weeks ...

Second best solution, Get some of this stuff
https://www.epinions.com/Schultz_Garden_Safe_Fungicide_3
and then after that spray down with a light amount hyrogend peroxide 10ml per gallen and let the plants go as long as you can ...

Also try to get your humidity down ... otherwise your spraying down your buds with poisens for no reason, i would try to kill the mold before harvesting, and and when you do harvest make sure its dark and very very dry!!!

Yes, a sulfur burner seems to work pretty good from what I heard so far.

But I personally wouldn´t use it a few daze before harvest.

Letting them go for another 3 weeks could lead to THC breakdown but certainly would not help you getting rid of the sulfur left in the buds.

Well as of now i would think the plants as almost worthless unless they go longer ... they don't put on potency or weight till 9th 10th week. I have had PM before and i just killed it the spray and let my cropps mature and they continued growing again once the PM was dead. I am am currently using a sulfer burner to kill mites in a friends grow room on budding plants and it doesn't leave residues just changes the ph of the plant leaves.

Also fix the PH of your water ASAP to 5.7-6.0 and would recomend dropping the bloom nutes to a low amount and giving them some seaweed to help reduce stress and help them to try to keep putting on weight and flush on the 9th week.
