I'd like to know how they compare with the first generation. Any one here have grown both?

Good question. I just grew out some Prophet from the older batch. Grew it out for the recommended 80 days and the resulting weed is simply KILLER . Some of the strongest and tastiest weed Ive grown in a couple years. The med patients Ive given it to rave about its qualities and effectiveness. Smoked a small bowl with a couple friends last night and both came to me about a 1/2 hour later to tell me how hard a couple of tokes had hit them. Ive got 5 Ultra Sonja seedlings going now and plan on buying some more Prophet seeds but a report giving us some notion of what to expect would be nice.

Yes I've run the pre2k11 Prophet, and indeed it was very strong! Deep narcotic high. Now I have 3 packs of the new one, will love to see some report here. I soon pop 25 of them anyway.

I think he only used a different male, which have done some better job obviously. Sounds promising

Quick question(s) - can anyone add any further information/opinions regarding their experiences with post 2k11 Prophet or characterize any differences between Prophet v.1 and Prophet v.2? Also, I would be very interested in learning of the differences between the Prophet and Mob Boss. I know that the Tang-tang is a constant but I know little about the difference(s) between ChemD and pre-98 Bubba Kush. Finally, have most people been taking their Prophets up to day 80 of 12/12?

Your thoughts, experiences, etc. greatly appreciated. I'm trying to determine which plant I want to grow out next. I've done Mob Boss but not the Prophet but not sure if I can do both at the present.

Yes what is opinion of the new one? Yosemite_Sam runs prophet, I imagine this is pre 2011? Surely someone has tried the "new" one? I am looking to pick this up but want some opinions before I pull trigger.

How can this be possible? Sorry but I don't believe it. The prophet is a pre98 Bubba x. Every single bubba x I have grown are very hard to herm even with light leak so please explain ur self??? Pictures??? Anything???

don't care if you believe me or not.. i'm not trying to bash GH or steele. i've had great runs with mob boss, ultra sonja, blockhead. Growing boss and sonja in fact right now. i'm not the only one who has mentioned the new prophet displaying hermi tendencies.. scour the Grindhouse forums on here and you'll find that others have made mention of it..

anyway i'm thinking that it was the new male that cause the instability. and as far as pictures, this was during steele's departure.. i felt it pointless to document it. steele's forum was gone and all the GH forum deleted for a good month or two..

So pissed off to read this, reason why I've made this thread its because I haven't seen no grow report about that release. I have look trough this forum and I haven't seen anything about it.

Can U link the threads where others had hermie problems??

Have run the original prophet and it was so good, can't believe Steele have released those seeds with out even testing it? FULL PACK HERMIE WDF???
