Hello fellows.
This grow log doesn't start very good but i hope it will end with a beautiful harvest.

Bought a pack of feminized seeds 2-3 months ago, planted 2 seeds and both popped.
All their life they was in a DWC single bucket and with only 105w of fluorescent light.
I didn't have space and bigger light for them because i had other plants flowering in the mean time.

Sadly the 2 AK47 plants developed root rot, probably because of not enough oxygen in my dwc bucket. All the other plants was fine hopefully.

In the meanwhile i was also battling with moth flies infection at the flowering plants.

So i decided to stop battle the root rot with beneficial microbes tea and start from scratch with clones from the AK-47 plants.
This way also moth flies will die since there will be no standing water (dwc) to reproduce. ( i hope ) Plus i have a good time frame of 1-2 weeks to clean the grow room.
The clones are moved to another room for this purpose.

I will post setup information later on when i decide what will happen exactly.
For sure they will be grown in DWC with GHE flora 3 part series nutes and 400w or 600w HPS light.

Soooo, some photos of the plants and the cloning procedure since i have nothing more interesting to show for now..

@ 52 days under the 105w fluorescent. No signs of auto flowering and i was so much afraid by the people reporting autoflowering plants in some cases.
The plant in the right bottom is a bubblelicious from nirvana that i keep as a mother for backup.

Things going little slow here, around 20 days passed and just today i finished growroom work.
Clones showed roots after 15 days, probably would root faster if i didn't do the mistake to keep the humidity dome closed all the time.


Took a lot of clones but i decided to run only 2 plants after all, because of some security issues. Originally i was planning to grow 10 plants, without much veg so i could cut some expenses from the electricity bill.


Here are some information of the setup and growing method
Grow space: 1.2m x 1.2m x 2m growtent
Lighting: 100w fluorescent for few days in start, 400w HPS for veg, 600w HPS for flowering
DWC system: 2 separate buckets. 35lt each bucket will hold around 25 lt of water each bucket.
Air pump: is pumping out 30 lt/min or 1800 lt/hour total. That means 900 lt/hour for each bucket. That is 36lt air/hour for 1 liter of water. Hope my calculations are correct : p
Nutrients: GHE flora 3 part (grow, bloom, micro) - PHdown and Up is from Hesi.
Water source: is tap water, has EC value of 0.3 and around 7.8 PH
Ventilation: 40cm fan for moving air inside the tent, Exhaustion inline fan RVK 225 m3/hr if im correct, Carbon filter for the smell, Passive air intake
Last but not least
Genetics: AK47 (obviously: ) feminized 2 clones from 2 different seed plants.




Right now they are under 100w fluro 24/0, they will stay 3-4 more days like this. Then i will put them 18/6 under 400w HPS for a month less or more.

PH @ 5.7
EC @ 0.6
RH @ 33%
Water temp @ 15c
Air temp @ 18c
Little cold here but i hope this will fix when HPS will turn on. What do you guys think? is 14c for water too low for DWC?

If you mean an orange thing inside the ress is from the airstones, a plastic orange cover that they have from one side.
