howdy ya'll ... names new, but i been around the boards since OG went down.. good god that was a long time ago.

got on the list for testers last winter, but the beans never made it to seedbay. fast forward a few months, and i get a nice little PM from Festi saying the new batch had arrived.. hazzah! ha, so here we go..

popped all 10 beans, 10/10 germ'd, 10/10 sprouted, culled 2 runts.. left with 8/10 little babies

i grow in coco, use cyco nutrient full line up. my veg room has about 400w of T5 lighting over each shelf on my racks.. somewhere around a total of 2000-2500w depending on how many bulbs are running on each fixture.. things change daily, lots moving thru the program around here.

check back weekly for updates, dont expect anything too exciting for a couple months!

How long do you plan on vegging those? They should kick ass under 400w

Not sure Festivus -- I got 3 completely full shelves that gotta filter thru the flower rooms first.. So it'll probably be a pretty long veg, especially if I'm going to move them all in together in a single shot. I'd say most of my ladies get 1-2 month veg.. That's partly why I love coco so much, you can grow monsters in the tiniest pot, so they won't complain when they've overgrown their small veg containers by a couple weeks.

Derrr, I'm an idiot...forgot to take pics this weekend, so this is a shot of the baby shelf in my veg room. *The OG13's are on the far back left.. I think we lost 1 more that fell over or something, so it's 7/10 going now. *You can see they have gotten bigger over the past week.

They should kick ass under 400w __________________ Seed Buyers Beware! Don't waste your money on hype. If you have to buy multiple seed packs to find that "keeper", you're getting ripped off. Every female in a pack of seeds should be a keeper! We've been led to believe that lots of variation in a cross is a good thing, because some vendors would rather you buy several packs of their gear, instead of them actually doing the selections to fix that nag champa or golden clit trait themselves. For hobby growers, pheno hunting is fun. But mono-croppers who grow to pay the bills prefer a consistent product that regularly delivers the desired trait package.
