raise the light and get some ventilation going on in there. also watch your water looks to be a bit over watered along with a mag dif. but i would definitly say watch you temps cause they look heat stressed.

That soil looks damp and compacted nnB. Yeah, looks like heatstress, overwatering, and therefore alittle on the crispy side (maybe nute burn). I would aerate that soil immediately by breaking up the top soil lightly and digging some air tunnels down the sides and around the root ball with a skewer, wood or metal.
What, did you transplant 3 weeks ago? Those pots look pretty big even though the fans are droopping.

cool thanks for the replys transplanted from 2litre plastic potting bags,i shall follow along with the advice i think the potting bags were the prob not enough drainage i usally go to a 10litr pot pictured are 18litr thanks from nitrousBB
