Does this look like a magnesium deficiency to you?
Hey look at these picks. These are from bogglegums about two and a half weeks into veg. I know it lloks like light burn but its not as I am vegging in flouros and they are far enough away. Also I am pretty sure it is not from nute splatter either.
This is in a realatively organic bubbler system...can someone tell me if I should add epsom salts immediatey or foliar feed um or what? Last edited by BenitoCereno; 06-21-2004 at 06:13 AM.. |

looks like it to me. Try one of these: Power Pack, Cal Mag, or Epsom Salt (all contain Mg).

I am not sure as I don't get that on my plants. Is that MG deficiency? BOG

I'll give the epsoms a try. I think it is only one of the phenos that is succeptible to whatever variables I got going in my system because it seems like a got a half and half going on with the bogglegums. I'll let everyone know what happens.

Hi BenitoCereno, just a thought but you say
"This is in a realatively organic bubbler system..." does this mean you mix/use organic and non-organic ferts at the same time if so i have heard that doing so can burn plants and do all-sorts of nasty things to you're babies?? hope it helps DC.

No I'm not mixing organic and non-organic...I just know that hydro-organic is like a bullshit buzzword and I am a natural skeptic. People say that leonardite is organic, which I use but bullshit it is a petroleum product for crissake...
I added a teaspoon of epsoms to my watering schedual and last night right before the lights went out I gave um all a good spritz with some foliar epsoms...so far so good no spreading of the chlorosis or necrosis... I am standing by the MG diagnosis. |
