Question 1999 Honda Accord Appropriate Price?

Herro,

I am planning to put up my '99 accord UEX coupe (2 door) for sale on kijiji for parts. It's got 220,000 kms, a VTEC motor, it doesn't run for an unknown reason, FWD, good condition. what do you think would be a good price to put it up with? I paid 1600 for it at the dealership (CAD).

These cars have HUGE tranny problems. The tranny used is worth about $850. The only thing worth any money on that car would be Tranny and clean factory front end parts. Maybe Airbags... Car not running is worth about $800 to a wrecker.

From looks of photo, still have a good body condition. I would buy it for $800 depends on what needs to be done to make it run again. But your too far.

hiya,,blunt-girl,,,your car looks pretty clean but sadly its a awful time to sell any car for example here in uk,,you could buy today jensen buttons [f1 driver] bmw m5 company car with 50,000miles and no other owners with all the toys and 500bhp for £8,000 gb pounds,,apart from stripping car for parts, which is hassle and real dirty work..i would take what you can,,650-700 bucks i would grab it and go,,,good luck blunt-lady,,,peace and regards s2

FACTORY insurance quality parts for the front end is going to be worth the most. If your front end is cherry with no dings ask for $700 and settle for $600. Body shop wpuld pay about $150-$250 for a clean factory used hood.
