in the beginning...

dropped 4 beans in water to germinate (no pics sorry for my slackness) one of four popped good with tail others not so happy. put them in dirt after 2 days in dark. One made it above the surface (and I do baby my seeds; seems like the better the genetics I get the harder it is for them to come up without assistance (membrane removal mostly). the one was very healthy so I decided to drop 2 more in water and after 2 days of dark I had 2 more with tails. all looks good with my 3 out of 6 (50% germ rate so far) got 4 left. i start em out in .8 liter air pots until they are couple inches tall then I move them to 1gal Roots pots. also supplemented with B1 via ThriveAlive. the first pic is the first to come up the other 2 are in the same shot together. they are maybe 3 days apart, i dropped the other 2 preemptively when I only saw one tail before putting in dirt.

4 weeks from seed

I had to move to a new house so, i apologize for my lack of photos/details in that period. Here are some pics at 4weekish. using some extreme gardening mycos during the transplant to 1gal Root pots. i use ewc & quano teas a lot during veg, start hitting with some GO biothrive gro when they get bigger and H&G Multi Zen and Aminos; kinda broke from the move so I'll probably only use Botinicare Silica Blast instead of H&G aminos this run (depends if i can get some $$$). I tend to veg a 2-3 months; he have number limits here so I get em as big as I can. Not sure what to expect with these stretch-wise so not quite as long a veg with this first run.

after these 4week pictures I topped and cut off the bottom nodes and leaves. #1 looks little stretchy like a male. #3 is my fav so far. Will probably put #2&#3 in 2.5gal air pots this weekend and make me a nice batch of ewc tea with plenty of alfalfa meal.

thank you. i am not a veteran grower but a i have about 5 grows under my belt so far and love to dig for as much knowledge as i can in great places like this. my hope is to return some of the knowledge i have gained and share some beauty to those interested. i feel very lucky to have an opportunity to grow these beans. ive got 2 purple kush phenos also; I'll get something put up on that soon enough. still finishing the move and praying for females; just trying to provide as optimal conditions as possible.
