Should the packaging for sour double kush Bx II say just that on the package or does it just say sour double kush.

It just says sour double kush on it, the seeds from the new release are Sour Double Kush BxII's though.

Here is an excerpt from what cannaventure told me about the packaging, and some info about the cross.

Those Sour Double Kush pictured above, are Actually Sour Double Kush BX2, from This current Mid-Summer Drop... I'm pretty sure, the last Sour Double Kush BX packs, are Sold-Out and have been For Months.... I just didn't write on all the Package Cards "BX2".. But, I asure Everyone.. If you see a place that has CannaVenture Seeds Sour Double Kush or Sour Double Kush BX2, You can rest Asured, Its The Latest SDKBX2 generation.

The SDKBX2, Will be leaning far left to My Super Special, Sour Kush Mom.... Once in flower, look for these expressions...Begining of Flower, Bud Sites will throw long hairs (Pistils), and they wont tighten up and fill in till about 3 weeks after first signs of flower(Pistils)....After a few weeks in 12/12... Flowers will start getting Really Dense.... And Every Flower, no matter if its a bud on bottom branch or if its The Cola... All Flowers will be sphere shaped, or "UpSide Down Tear Drop" shaped.... In late flower... Look for plants that get some nice "Fall" colors on the fan leaves... Maroons...reds....yellows..etc . At harvest time, 65 days from first sign of flowering..... The Flowers, will be lite green colored, with subtle hints of purples and greys....If that makes sense...It seems like alot of genetics that get extremely Frosty, will have that "Purple Grey" tinge..(LA Affie clone does the exact same). The Sugar leaves, will sometimes turn dark maroon/purple, but you trim most of those away.. Those colored sugar leaves, keep the color through The Cure..... The little bit of color in the actual flowers, does Not carry over through the cure...

Dry/Cured smell/taste is only S O U R.... No other smells are present... The Yield, is good... not Huge and not average to low.. its simply Good. The density of the flowers, help to raise the final yield....

The End Result, will be Great Day Time meds.. The taste is Amazing, So good you want to smoke All Day long.. lol ..110% Top Shelf Quality flowers....

I popped three from this release and got one female, it is a fast growing plant that wants to stretch all over.

Why even bother with sour double kush, just get the Reserva Privada headband Sour D x OG. I doubt what these guys did to it made it any better.

I dont see how, they are nothing alike. I have the mother used here at my pad so I am speaking from first hand experience with the Sour Kush CLONE. She is SUPER SOUR and reaks like crazy. How can you even compare it to something from RP/DNA? The lineage in the cross isnt even the same.

The parents of my "Sour Kush" mom, used in SDK/SDKBX/SDKBXII was Bubba x ECSD, not sure which order... My Sour Kush mom is literally, the most Sour cut, Ive ever had... ECSD or any other "sour" cuts DONT compare to her. Most sour gear, has other smells to go along with the sour smells.. The SK mom used in SDK is straight up Sour.. no other smells/taste... just sour.. IMO, She is a "Life Time" keeper.. I have alot of other "Elite" clones, Id rather lose before her.

As far as buying "Sour Kush" from RP, I can Not speak about the "Sour D x OG" genetics.. but, their Bubba/ECSD line is Great! Go For It! I'm sure most will have a good experience with it. They have alot of fans, and some non-supporters, but IMO, They really do have some great gear.. I havent ran alot of their gear, and some of the genetics I did run, was good and bad.. but really good the majority of the time....
