Acapulco is the capital of Guerrero. Chimera's Highland Mexican HMBB is Highland Guerrero / Blueberry. Its a challenge to grow indoors. The Highland Guerrero phenos are different than the blueberry influenced phenos. Chimera notes, the Guerrero is/was a landrace, so if you select a Guerrero female and Guerrero male - the F2 plants from seeds will be challenging to grow inside, with small yields.

The high from the Highland Mexican / Blueberry is connoisseur, much like what I remember from the 1970's connoisseur Highland Mexican, very clean, heightened sensory awareness, psychoactive, and great for outdoor activities.

I would want to hit that AG with another American landrace, Mexican if you can get,
Cannabiogen has Mexican "Jarilla Sinaloa" landrace and some Colombian too,
Ace seeds has Guatemala.
There is also a Highland Oaxacan Copalita being grown by a few in the Dj Short sub forums.

From what I remember from the 1970's I was fond of Highland Mexican ~ Oaxacan, Michocan and Guerrero (Acapulco). I've considered both the Mexican Jarilla Sinaloa and Guatemalan.

I working on the Destroyer concept ~ Meao Thai x Mexican. Some hazey 15 - 17 week) Mango Haze (MH) phenos have a high similar to the Mexicans.

I'm waiting for Cannabiogen to release Michocan Spirit, or Oaxacan in a purer form. I grow sativa plants indoors in small / medium cabinets, small containers with both a long vegetative and flowering duration.

Another beautiful sunny day along the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

Dr Greenthumb used to have an Acapulco Gold some time ago, Zamalito said it's supposed to came from 1978 but don't know if it's legit.

Cannabiogen on the other hand, works with several true heirloom mexican strains like Oaxaca79, Michoacan from the 80s and so on. Lots of interesting crosses with mexican, colombian and other genetics for a true oldschool high. Several Oaxacan lines are being worked at this time.

Vibes.

^^ hey musta!

drgt put out "golden haze" ag/phz. i grew these out and still working with them some. the ag pheno (classic mex short skinny leaves in early veg., very responsive to its environment like day/night cycles) was not very potent. the phz pheno was very potent. i still work with the phz pheno. it (phz pheno) was actually the best strain i grew last year out of over 20 landrace based strains. the ag is great for some hybrid purposes since she was recessive (good for bx's of other strains) i used her to get a true performing cherry kandahar bx for seeds of compassion.

where i'm at the shit clay soil can destroy the performance of the plant; some strains in this shit soil don't perform well including choco chiba and angola red. i've got drgt's ag isoated out in pretty much a pure breeding reg seed form. i need in all fairness to give her another shot next year in a fertile grow area and do a photo doc. on her.. zambamalito iirc was impressed with the doc's ag.

yes. I ran one outdoors in poor soil, poorly amended and it lacked potency. many strains I've run performed great in properly amended soil but performed poorly in improperly amended soil. i'm using albrecht's lime mix ratios now in heavy applications. will post reports this fall.

zamalito stated here at ic in one of his posts that dr. gt's ag only performed well outdoors. this was before led and cmh grows.

eskobar is fixing to release guererro gold and guererro red sometime. I pm'd him at his forum but no response.
