For BushWeed and Kangativa
I used to think I grew the biggest cannabis plants in the Southern Hemisphere until I saw the photos you two post. Now I feel very humble. Some of those plants are at least double the size anything I've done. I've grown plenty of twenty foot sativas but nowhere near that bushy. All credit and respect guys.
I have some questions if I may: Do you take the tops out or just let them grow wild? What sort of fertiliser/organic matter are you using? I generally spend all winter digging in manure and lime but I'm not getting that much growth. How many months are those plants in the ground to get that much growth? I've done landrace Thai for nine months and still didn't get that much growth. cannabisnz |

Okay I found the link Kangativa posted on the soil/potting mix he uses and I read in one of his posts that his plants run about nine months.
I'm very impressed. I've never got that much growth in nine months. cannabisnz |

Hi mate, speaking personally I'm just using cow and chicken shit and some liquified seaweed, with a little pot ash for flowering. This seems to give the pre-existing rainforest humus a nice boost especially with the 8' x 8' holes. But I believe the volcanic loam may explain something of the bushiness I get. This thai was planted in October as a one foot clone and harvested in June and was among the slower growers...whereas the original was 20' and colossal. Such an easy plant to grow...
I think kanga can still be found at Mns forums and loves to chat with all the other old masters...Cheers |
